The Polito form is dead, insect. Are you afraid? What is it you fear? The end of your trivial existence?
When the history of my glory is written, your species shall only be a footnote to my magnificence.
These days I listen to mostly Indie Rock and Alt Rock, with a sprinkling of punk. I don't mind listening to other styles of music, but I really can't stand anything with terrible lyrics.
Lately I've been playing Lindsey Stirling's songs on constant repeat. Because who doesn't like some B.A. violin-ing set to an electronic beat. Best background music evar.

Straight from the playlists..
.
Euro/Middle Eastern/Japanese/Chinese folk
Irish drinking songs
American Indie Folk
Power/symphonic/folk/Christian/pirate metal
Classic Rock and Modern Rock
Jazz/Blues
Pretty much anything that fits under electronica, techno, or electronic dance. Not really into the older stuff though
Classical/Baroque/Romantic/Soundtrack
Sea Shanties
American Country (90's country preferably)
Gregorians/Choral music
Christian Gospel (90's preferably)
Ska (Not familiar with a lot of it, but I like what I've heard)
I know a few bands here and there of all of them, but not a really deep knowledge of many of them. Jack of all trades, master of none. The list of music I don't like is shorter I think.
Cannerus : Thank you for your input and I'll keep what you've said in mind when that starts to happen.
I think it might be time for a change in style, Anyone know of any good acoustic versions or covers of heavier style songs and or pop songs? I'm starting to enjoy acoustic more but would like to know more acoustic singers and bands.
Anything that I like the sound of, except country I tend to dislike the voices of the singers. But other than that I will give almost anything at least one try.

Maybe the world would be a happier place if we didn't try to take sides on issues that offer no real reason to do so and just let people like what they like?
True, though I don't like it when people call something which obviously is not heavy metal, metal. You know what I mean. It's a misclassification of something.
So if I were to name a few bands you could accurately classify them?
