So any word out on the rules for this or any other colassals? I'm pretty tired of the whole new=best thing that basically forces you to buy the latest hotness or get trounced by those who do. Haven't played Hordesmachine in quite some time, is that still the case? Newest models have the best rules?

For Retribution jacks, yes, for most other things, Wrath & Domination releases aren't that amazing.

Yea, hard to say, but it seems like lately there really hasn't been much creep in Hordes. The battle engines all seem either balanced or slightly on the meh side. I haven't seen anyone at our store racing out to get the new warlocks or the like, and while I think the Circle additions are solid, the Gallows Grove is really the new winner I think, and it is a 1 point tree. Progress?

Ummmm....... This has NEVER been the case in Warmahordes. Some of the best units/casters are still right there in Prime and you can make a viable army using nothing but said units. Had you done even a smidge of research you'll see the PP have categorically stated the Colossals are not going to be game breaking must take units, unlike a certain other company's penchant for codex creep.

Speaking for Menoth, I'd say that the Blood of Martyrs, the newest warjack in the army, is one of the least useful.

Reckoner! What have they done to ya! D: I am sorry but I do not like the sculpts for the plastic Castigator, Reckoner, Sanctifier. I suppose it is their heads, but to me it looks far too Saturday morning cartoon.
