On topic, while this has the ability to get out of hand fast, it sounds like the owner has a good handle on the situation and it will remain legal. Although this has been a subject of debate over the centuries, it is unlikely that Mary Magdalene was actually the same adulterer/prostitute referred to in the bible. It was only a 6th century pope's decision that gave real weight to this idea. Sorry to go off on a tangent.
