Why? Well I don't play a competetive army whatsoever, but I've won the majority of my games.

Heres my list:

Kharn

Termie Lord w/ LCs

9 berserkers 1 w/ PF in a rhino with possession and launcher (kharn unit)

20 Berserkers on foot w/ PF (termie lord unit)

2 Obliterators


Armies I've won against:

Ultramarines (with Cassius, plus termies, tac squads and a dread or two.)
Hawk Lords ( SM captain w/bike and SS, tac squad, scouts, ven dread, normal dread)
Chaos (Lord, 2 normal units, rhino other stuff i cant remember.)
Multiple guard armies with mixtures of tanks and infantry.
Deathwing army.
Slaaneshi noise marine army.

Couple other i cant remember.

So, why is that I win all the time, am I just that badass?

I'm surprised a close combat army which is so slow is doing well. It would get rolled up playing the people we play.

The people you play against are probably bad, in fact, im certain they are.

With that said, as long as you are having fun you are doing something right.

Mech guard with plasma vets and a good Leman Russ against footslogging zerkers.

Game at my place? Bring the guard army.

The list you bring isn't actually all that bad, but there are certainly ways to stop it. My guess is that your opponents aren't bringing the right tools. At a certain level of play, the list you bring makes a bigger difference than how you use it. My guess is that you and everyone you play are in that general zone, and that you're just bringing a better list than they are.

My guess is that he's new to the hobby, so people are taking it easy on him/taking experimental lists that they don't care as much about winning with as working out units etc.

Either that, or he's just playing against a bunch of terribad people.

If you want to lose don't shoot or assault only if they assault you first and you have to attack.

Yeah, which is why I call BS on this whole thread. My marine plasma cannon list would eat it on turn 1 or 2.

I do give you Kudos for the themed list, but i think it would be alot more effective with a couple rhinos (so all beserkers have a ride) do you really need another lord? Kharne is pertty bad ass. in the end, as an Eldar player i would do this, pop your tanks, and kite your berserkers until they are all dead, jetbikes and dire avengers can do this all day. Your oblits i would just shoot with my brightlances (in cover you get a 4+ and if you fail get insta gibbed).

My advice? Find opponents that are closer to your skill level. "those who prey upon the weak gain nothing" it will help you become a better 40k player and you will enjoy your games more, but anyways keep on playing, and i hope you continue your streak.

40k is 50% about the list, 50% about the player, and 100% about the dice.

From my math, you are running around 1000 points, this means that because your opponents can't bring tons of extra death, you reach them and kill them.

Your opponents are probably all around your age, and you are all just pointing your armies at each other and hoping.

I hope when you play someone with tactics you don't rage quit the game.

Speaking of, why do my mandrakes always win their combats? I always just throw them so strategically at the biggest scariest thing on the board. They eat TEQ, they eat MEQ, they eat GEQ, they eat BEQ, QEQ, UEQ, BBQ, whatever.

I haven't lost a single model. Is this because my mandrakes are so badass?
