Nice start and like what you are doing, the fluff covers some ground and interesting possibilities, will you be including smugglers and ex cons in the unit ?

As for the work so far great use of bitz and some cool concepts, as for the one sleeved guy (who I will call chuck ) the reason for only one sleeve was due to the fact he taw the sleeve of to use as bandage for his comrade

omg... thanks LDD, i coulnt figure a name for him... it is definatly Chuck, although on his base it will more likely say *rank* Norris.... lol, and yes I plan on having some smuggler/badasses, but i guess i forgot to say, this isnt a squad for my army, im just making random guardsmen, when i have more than just 10 to work with, i will figure out squads and such

Some advice on your sculpting:
You need to smoothen your putty more, to get rid of the fingerprints. I never use my fingers for more than mixing or placing the putty. Rolling can be done between two sheets of baking paper and if you don't have access to silicone clay shapers, try using a moist brush to achieve a smooth surface.
For a weapon belt like on the heavy bolter guy, make a suitably thin roll of GS between two pieces of glass/plastic (anything perfectly smooth), put it between two sheets of baking paper, press your piece of glass on it to flatten it, cut of the round ends and position it as wanted. This way the belt won't look like a playdoh snake.

If I can add some helpful criticism. Your Harker has the Marine bolter pouches on his back, but no weapon that would use magazines like that. I'd suggest GSing a better pouch that would look like it fit more heavy bolter belt containers.
