@ newabortion, hmm i havent thought too much of my theme, but in style i've been leaning twards vietnam war looks... but i try to keep a more modern style if possible
@max the building itself is part of the heroscape marvel set (though i added the stopsign,flag,and wireing inside)
now to all the explanation for these pictures being bad was that i had painted them and wanted to show you.. but my camera was completly dead so i tried to take as many as i can before it did, but i plan on retaking some later this week

this was the first miniature gam i got involved in, and i have a large rubber tub filled with them.. although for centimental reasons i try not using them, but seeing as they never released their 2nd wave of marvel .. and i dont play anymore, i thought i'd use it ( i always used my castle instead of this small building)

sorry about the lack of updates, I've been busy with my Armies on Parade entry ( as shown on my WIP thread).. anyway this is what happened at the begining of the month (sorry for the blurriness, its a mix of bad lighting and bad camera which im trying to fix)

pic 2-4&11-12 -this is (possibly the medic? i think it would be funny to have the medic with the bandage) *very much inspired by Ash 1 's work here on dakka
pic 5-6&14- this guy i plan on making that little tube in his hand a flare, and probibly do some OSL on it, *the helmet made me think of "Black Hawk Down" so thats where the inspiration, and flare idea comes from
pic7- this is well.. a guy, nothing interesting here, just thought the pose is interesting is all.. *but i guess in a way its inspired by scfi movies, mostly the "Alien" type
pic8- this sniper is inspired by one of Migsula's guardsmen using the same head
pic9- just a nice looking pose is all *this guy is inspired by 02Laney
pic10- the second i saw this head i wanted to make a badass outta him, so i gave him a melta and a cigar, so we'll see how it goes *inspired by Scarper
