So you guys piss a moan about the "Dictator" but you'll watch this? I'm just a bit confused.

This movie looks funny as a hell though.

In your base, ignoring your logic.

This movie is hypocrisy at its finest; it \'s premise is that people are rude and the main character is tired of people who just gossip and talk about celebrities. Then the movie proceeds to mock celebrities and kill effigies of those celebrities, basically becoming the sort of entertainment that the main character hated.

That and I hate the fact that the director basically said "Who the hell goes to Virginia Beach? Oh well screw it, Virginia Beach looks like California now."

Ignorant jerk, looks nothing like Virginia Beach.

I could be wrong but I think Bobcat only acted in Police Academy, I was referring to his writing.

You wish the exchange rate was that favorable.
When I was buying parts for my mini in 2007 the rate was 2.1 ish to the USD. it's been 1.5 ish A couple years now.
TLDR: more like a tenner.

lol, true, but...

Popcorn = £5, drink = £3, sweets = £3

£11 + £12(ticket) = £23 (if you're alone)

America is probably cheaper lol.

12 quid for a movie. I'd never go to the theatre again.
For my wife and I it costs $15 for tickets. We buy year long souvenir cups that cost $10 each the first time and have $1 refills over the year, we figure the actual cost is 1.50-2 depending on how many movies we go to see. We watch quite a few because we go to kid movies so she can talk to kids about them at school. Anyways
For two:
$15 tickets
$4 drinks
$8popcorn
$2 candy (I go to Walgreens on the way)
So a trip to the movies without dinner is $29. If we go out to eat it's more like 70. For the night.

And i'll wager, you get more in you're cups and stuff as well.

Ranges, from £8 - £12 but movies tend to be empty here so that might be why.

They aren't as big as the largest paper cups, but they are a smoking deal compared to 4 bucks each for a drink. Probably about a half liter if I had to guess.

Its been quite a while since I last went to the cinema, but I remember thinking at the time I was not going to bother again as the price was just insanee. Pretty sure the 3D super mega screen tickets are about £12-14 in my local the last time I walked past it, with regular tickets about £10 from what I remember.

I liked it. What carried more weight? Him shooting people or what he had to say in between? It's entertaining escapism.

Do you play 30k? It'd be a lot cooler if you did.
