The heavy does seem a bit off, any suggestions on how to modify him?

Looks cool. I think the heavy looks like the stormbolter would slip off his shoulder, perhaps you can add more bulk to the back of it so it looks like he has to support it's weight with his shoulder and just aim with his hand.

Thats an idea I hadn't thought of, you mean build a shoulder rig and bulk it out like the RT heavy weapons?

it's hard to say, it's an awkward weapon to make shoulder mounted. At the moment it looks like all the weight would be on his hand, when really I think you want the weight on the shoulder and then the hand is just used to aim. Another problem is that the weapon is quite wide and might block his vision, you could add a scope or something to the side. Also I think you can cut off the iron sight from the top of the gun as he wouldn't ever use it.
