I say Cryptek, partly because they don't have to worry about their powers accidentally opening a doorway for daemonic possession, plus being a Necron, they can repair themselves and get back up.

Remember that he has a possibility of resisting the mindshackle scarabs. And also, if it is a one on one fight and the Librarian kills him, what is to stop the Librarian from hacking the Cryptek's body until he phases out?

As much as I was kinda rooting for the Cryptek, cause when I think of the Librarian, I get a kinda big-man-on-campus feeling, but I'm gonna have to agree. Anyways, it's day two. Voting has been static for almost 12 hours now, so I declare the results!
Librarian, 7! Cryptek, 6!
