If were all Pariahs, the Inquisition will step in. They will convert us and turn as into a military force. As Pariahs are the Imperium rarest resource and one of their greatest if not best weapon against chaos.
Imagine a space marine chapter of nothing but pariahs, they might even put the grey knights to shame when fighting daemons. Also Pariahs are the rarest of the temple assassins (due to the low number). So we would be able to increase their ranks.

What does Pariahs mean?

As for a none psychic army, black templars fit the role.. I think

But if they ever did attack it wouldn't matter. We will be utterly defeated and left with no choice of our own. Might even slowly go extinct as they will likely mix off worlders with ours.

Well, it'd be quite a shock to discover that OUR Terra isn't the real Terra... Umm, not to mention the massive fleet of starships patrolling just beyond our atmosphere.

Once I changed my shorts, I'd answer the clarion call to serve the Emperor most assuredly. Well packed with additional sets of shorts as I'm sure I'd be needing a new pair quite often as my sense of reality is completely torn apart. Er, after discovering not only these things, that my concept of material reality is fundamentally wrong with the addition of the warp I'd...

Pariahs are humans who are born without a soul. They have no psychic presences which causes them to negate the warp. Daemons and psykers will have a much harder time using their powers while a Pariah is near them or even maintaining themselves in real space. Pariahs will also be immune to psychic powers to a certain degree. Pariahs will also do crazy things to nids and orks. Ork weapons will start jamming and their vehicles may stop working as the Pariah cancels out their psychic powers that causes these technology to work and they will block out the Tyranid synpase.

In the end we are to valuable of weapon/resource to be destroyed. The Inquisition would probably keep our home planet a secret and come every so often to recruit like a billion of us and let the rest of us repopulate while working under Imperial Rule.

There is a horus heresy short story just like this where there is a planet that thinks it's "terra" and they have an emperor and all that jazz.

It does not end well for them.

I join the Imperium as an Adept, working in the Administratum or somesuch to help unify the world with the Imperium administratively. Or something like that. Or possibly become part of the Mechanicus even, I could fake my devotion to the machine god well enough, and maybe even eventually believe it, and hey, the mechanicus implants oculd be rather useful.

Yes, because they aren't really as common as the internet makes them out to be.

Technically speaking, you refer to Blanks.

Pariahs generally refer to the Necron construct, which turns a Blank human in to a living weapon.

Also, Blanks DO have a soul. It's a "negative" soul as it were. The scale of psychic powers goes from Blank to Dull (normal human) to Psyker, essentially. I'll go look it up and post it in a moment.

I'd stare down the head of the Imperial Forces facing us and say something along the lines of this:

"You fools. You know not what powers you meddle with. We will unleash upon you Humanity's greatest weapon, a man so brilliant he can turn Grey Knights to Khorne, who can have Blood Angels and Necrons fight side by side, who could make your entire fleet disappear with the stroke of a pen. His name is Matt Ward, and... Oh, you're Ultramarines. Never mind then, I'm sure he'll want to greet you personally and tell you how awesome you are.

Never-mind that whole speech about your destruction and all that, and would I be young enough to qualify to join the Astartes, my lord?"

Omega-Minus
-- Culexis Assassin level blank. These are capable of willingly weaponizing their Blank souls essentially as an anti-psyker.

Omega
-- Proper Blanks. Their souls manifest as a small region of "blankness" (thus the term) surrounding the individual, and no psychic powers or warp creatures can penetrate this space. Warp creatures already in realspace have an extremely difficult time maintaining their manifestations around them. This unfortunately also has an impact on other humans, making them have an irrational fear or loathing of the blank.*

Psi / Chi / Phi / Upsilon
-- Increasing levels of immunity or resistance to psychic powers, with Psi being almost a Blank, and Upsilon being almost normal.

Tau / Sigma
-- Not related to the Tau race, although the description of their souls makes them generally within this range. These individuals are insensitive to the warp and its manifestations, but have no particular resistance and are otherwise normal.

Rho / Pi
-- Normal human being.

Omicron / Xi / Nu / Mu / Lambda / Kappa
-- Increasing levels of psychic power, but none of them are actually consciously activating their powers. They oftentimes show up as being particularly lucky, or having particular strength in high stress situations, or simply having a set of fluke occurrences that keep them alive.

Iota / Theta / Eta
-- Conscious psychic powers, moderate power strength, etc. the weakest of true psykers are here, although some of the weaker ones (such as Lambda and Kappa) may be able to train themselves up to this level.

Zeta / Epsilon
-- A high level of psychic power, this requires much more attention from the Imperial authorities.

Delta / Gamma
-- One in a billion human births might give one of these powerful individuals. Death or possession is the most common route for them unless they are discovered immediately.

Beta / Alpha
-- The most powerful mortal psykers, and oftentimes killed on sight. The Imperium does not believe that Mankind is ready for this kind of psychic power. The ones that are allowed to live are mentally unstable at best.

Alpha-Plus
-- Be afraid. Be very afraid.

*I should write a story about a Blank being inspired to become a Batman style character.

I know Ravenor sometimes is believed to be Alpha Plus, but it's debatable since it seems to come in spurts. He'd probably be an Alpha plus if he was tainted by Chaos....
Outside of him, there are not too many Alpha plus pskyers in the human realm fluff, the last concentration of high level psykers were the pre-heresy Thousand sons, but even then they only had 2-3 Alpha Plus. (Ahriman, Magnus, and the dude that let himself be killed when he turned into a hideous warp spawn)

Now we just need to lure the IoM into a ground engagement on Asian soil, against Sicilians. If we gave the Sicilians laser pointers and flashlights, and cardboard armour, we could have our own IG.

It's too bad that the OP said that our equivalent of the PDF was killed to a man.

Tigirius has long talks with the Hivemind, and is arguably the most powerful psyker in the Space Marines (if not Imperium).

At least, thats what his fluff says.
