Interesting. I was wondering if they would separate cleanly. Very good sprue design.

Fixture of Dakka

Those are exactly what I was looking for for pics.
I'm going to get in on some of those, as well. My wallet thanks you for getting rid of that cash that was in it.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

Hah, I can only take credit for two dollars of that. You'll have to thank Shapeways for the rest.

Utilizing Careful Highlighting

i can understand why people are getting excited about being able to CAD up your designs and get them printed ....
but the quality of the print just isnt up to the standards of even the kind of figures you get with kids comics ...
tbh the only way i can see at the moment to improve this is to design it /print it / clean it up / then use that as a master to make resin copys..
dont get me wrong i love the designs and commend you for doing it but honestly dont thing the tech is up to doing justice to the designs at the moment .
im guessing the way forward is to design products that the material can deal with . a good example would be what curtis dose with ramshackle games he knows he's not the best sculpter or caster but his designs take this into acount.
i hope the print quality improves to be worthy of the digi sculpts .

Updated the OP w/ painted picture - looks waaay better than what we see above. Which material you use seems to make a big difference.

Waaagh! Warbiker
Australia

The new image makes the quality look much better, were those casts cleaned up before painting?
Its a shame that Shapeways shipping is so unreasonable for small orders to Australia, i would be willing to take a gamble on a few of these models but $20 postage is just too much for a small handful of miniatures.
