Man O' War

Nosey, ain't ya?

I have 2, both by the Emperor's Champion:

Solomon, (his name now after these daring feats) challenges a Bloodthirster to single combat. Ended up walking away and getting bundled by about 15 bloodletters and a herald. Now THAT he didn't walk away from.

Went into fluff marine mode and killed 45 guardsmen, a couple of Ogryns, a Leman Russ. the game ended with him beating a primaris psyker to death.

I have dug my grave in this place and I will triumph or I will die!

I remember this time I was playing a 5 vs 4 750 pt per player game, and on my right was some 9 year old kid. I didn't expect much from him, I ended up trying to assist my Eldar friend for most of the first turn. Then, on the second turn, I looked over and saw a mysterious absence of a Daemon Prince, Defiler, and 2 Terminators, and realized that they have been destroyed by the kid in the first turn, wiping out nearly half the points the guy had. (Or less, I don't know Chaos point cost)

Well there was a time that my mighty demon prince of tzeentch spent 3 or 4 turns slowly beating to death a single fire warrior a turn. When he finally won the combat, battle suits descended from the sky and removed 2 of his 4 wounds. Then he was killed, in the same turn, by a single unit of gun drones... The shame... Too bad that was all the kill points my opponent managed! haha.

The first time I used Farsight against IG.

He and his bodyguard fought tooth and nail for a worthwhile draw by killinating every Valk and Chimera (and contents within) that got in their way

Had a single Tetra survive 4 rounds of fire from 3 Devastator squads and a unit of Thousand sons. End results: 0 damage results

I'm on a streak of ~12 rolls to scatter on a Hammerhead with all results being either under 4" or direct hits.

My first game I ever played was against a BA player. I deep struck a unit of gun drones behind his Razorback and he just laughed. 5/5 hits& 4/5 glances/pens. Then I got weapon destroyed, weapon destroyed, immobilized, and immobilized. One dead Razorback later and he was left speechless.

I'm expecting an Imperial Knights supplement dedicated to GW's loyalist apologetics. Codex: White Knights "In the grim dark future, everything is fine."

"The argument is that we have to do this or we will, bit by bit,
lose everything that we hold dear, everything that keeps the business going. Our crops will wither, our children will die piteous
deaths and the sun will be swept from the sky."

Back in 2ed, playing eldar vs squats and drawing the virus/toxin card that made you role for every squad save or die and killing over half his army before the 1st turn even started

My most memorable...

Was a 22k each side, apoc game. Totalling about 45k in points. Took us an hour and a half to set up..... game lasted 24 min when my opponent destroyed my Vortex Deathstrike Missile, which then bled up the one next to it.

The fluff rule we added was for each Vortex Missile successfully launched during the game roll a D6. On a 6+ the worth succumbs to the power of the warp and is destroyed. The game is a tie.

Well sure as hell he blew up one, got a chain recation, and then rolled a 6. Game over. We all lost....

When I first had the idea for my strange mashed-up Inquisition list, primarily composed of Stormtrooper squads in Valkyries with Teleport Homers to bring the Grey Knights down on the enemies' heads later. And then finding out that some silly *bleep* wrote Stormtroopers out of the Grey Knights Codex. And then finding the MrSako fan Codex that would give me everything I ever wanted...

Back in 3rd ed when we still had indirect fire and trees had the 6 in 6 out, I Put my entire Nightlords army behind a treeline and my opponent had what we called the 99 marine army loaded with lascannons. He was the one to beat back then but I figured it out. I had 2 defiliers and since my entire army was on the other side of trees, he had no shots and I was dropping 2 pie plates on him a turn. In turn 2 he said I needed to move towards him so he would have something to shoot at. I said, with a lil laugh, no I don't and he quit.

Bush? No, Eldar Ranger

Procrastinating.

Mine? Well, that would be when I was paying at my store and I was against a guy who was going on about the fact that my eldar were autowin and his SoB took actual skill to play(this was in 5th btw), I asked if we could swap armies for a game ro two, he agreed, then I proceeded to smash him repeatedly over the course of 3 or so.

Having one squad of 5x pink horrors with one bolt of tz. take out a monolith WITH the original living metal. Rolled perfect. 6 to hit, 6 to pen, it's AP1 and rolled a 5 for the result. One 17 pt model killed a monolith with one shot at BS 3
