I want space vampires that arent marines, maybe a species of warp tainted xeno's that feed off others warp presences and use robots as fighters?

human auxillarys for the tau and/or imperial navy or renegade guardsmen would be good to have.....

or even better some undead race like vampire counts are in fantasy

There's a lot to Daemons that the current book doesn't really cover, it just does the common daemons of the big 4, but not anything about the infinite array of independent warp predators/daemons. That could be one route, though really likely best done as part of the one unified Daemon book.

There's always the AdMech, not many would be disappointed by their inclusion I imagine.

As for Xeno's, there's the Hrud, Enslavers, etc that could all be done as their own books.

Think of it ... Gue'vesa, Demiurg, Inquisitors with ISTs and Deathwatch Marines ... they could all appear as allies!

I've seen a fair amount of support for a vampire themed xenos race, but I think that the Dark Eldar already clinch that niche in both aesthetic and the way they survive the predations of Slaanesh. They don't raise zombies per say, but their regeneration practices are borderline necromancy.

I think that the current codex line, and core rules if you are of that persuasion, need to be fine tuned more before we make things more complicated. That said... I would personally be a fan of cybernetic non-necron race or something akin to the Umbra.

Definately xenos for me, there are so many races in the fluff that could be done well.

Half the armies are Imperium already, and Chaos Space Marines and Daemons are really all Chaos needs. So a Xenos race would be the best. An AdMech codex would be nice, but if we can only have one new codex, it should be an alien codex, preferably Hrud or maybe Exodite Eldar.

Anything that isn't more marines.

I think if they did the "big book of marines" and could flesh out some of the original chapters w/ more than one,lonely i.c. or worse( Iron Hands say "hi") with tactics/rules and special equiptment per legion. This would free up more "slots" for codex releases. This way a mech book or hrud is not that hard to fit in the schedule.

This big book of marines has to be big, like 25~30 I.C.s big, what potential....

I'd say human, but we all know it would be just another faction of Space Marines (Codex: White Scars or something like that).

So it's xenos for me, either the Enslavers, or that one blood-sucking race that lives on the Blood Moons.

Humans. A selection of planets from the golden era of man cut off from the rest of the galaxy for whatever reason but rediscovered to bring hope into the bleakness of 40k. (Dust off your mkII armour Space marines, rivets are back in fashion...) Would be a chance to field weaponry long thought lost in time but due to the age not OP. Imperium are going to love it to start with, then declare them all heretics when they realise they're not just going to tow the party line. Everyone else is going to hate them just because.
