Try these guys, I'm betting they'll ship overseas and their stuff is a pretty darn good discount even by US prices.

Edit: Can't promise they'll have everything GW under the sun but they have a lot of it and I believe it counts as used or some such given it's unboxed nature.

I've never had a problem with shipping from GW in any country (well, in the past - now they have their inflated dishonest shipping policy). I even got some stuff in from GWOZ a couple of weeks ago, and it arrived in a day.

GW prices are indeed insane. GW paints are AUD$5.50 a go, and models have similarly insane markup. This is mostly due to a piece of insane legislation from ~40 years ago that sets limits on how little import tax can be. It's the main reason why so many internationally-sourced nerd supplies (video games, miniatures, etc.) are so expensive here.
