My advice, best strat against paladins is to outmanouver them and shoot them with strength 8, but plasma is fine as well. Lascannons are expensive and you can't really shoot on the move with them. Have you considered speeders and bikes?

Also the other good point is the character you got gives stealth, but most of the time you are just going to be taking 3+ saves anyway, on most of your dudes in tac squads that just have bolters and that's it.

More infantry, like dev squads, rocking as many plasma guns as you can get, don't use all troops use your elites, combi-plasma, etc. Two plasma shots is the same as a lascannon shot anyway and with more shots spread out it is less likely for them to miss, not to mention they can shoot on the run. Maybe one vindicator is okay but yeah, those rending psycannons will take it out very easy and so will the stormraven, whereas they take out marines one by one, they will each make use of the stealth rule if they have to (most of the time just use their armor).

410pts nets you a Haemonculi with a Hex Rifle, 2 lots of 5 Warriors in a Raider with a Disintegrator each, and a Ravager with 3 Dissies, for 15 BS4 Str5 Ap2 shots, 10 rapid fire poison rifles and a Sniper Weapon that can remove models from the game (if you take squads of 3 Wracks you can knock off 30pts)

I don't know how much that'll help... :3

Ultimately with Grey Knights I've found with mobility + weight of fire AND/OR as much AP1-3 weaponry as you can, the low model count army falls over pretty fast.

Throw in some Anti-Tank and and try to stay outside of 18" of the enemy (charge range) and you're fairly set.

Hey Ovion, thanks for commenting. As in allies? I don't plan to be using any allies at 1k. As in staying away, I'll be trying out a Libby with Gate and Null Zone to get my Tac squads away from the Paladins when needed after pouring shots into them. Wish I could put a Haemonculi in a Tac squad to give them FNP.

Your list actually looks very well to counter him.
deffinitely add in a ADL with a quad gun that thing just does amazing against flyers. I haven't played it but my opponent who fought me took mine out the first time he shot at it in my first experience against it. and the secong time agaisnt it glanced it to death the 2nd go around.

as for the next 350-400 points, I'd also say get a devastator squad with plasma cannons or missiles.
and then a quick attack unit to take care of the pesky gk squad free to cap an obj as your mainly distracted by his paladin force. This will free up all your other units to further focus everything on those pallies =)

Yes, I meant allied DE. Disintegrator Cannons are amazing at killing things with a 2+ save.

And putting a Haemonculi with tactical Marines wouldn't give them Feel No Pain as they don't have the Power From Pain rule, so a Pain Token wouldn't help them.

Bikers with their jink cover save stacks quite well with your dudes speical rules, quite a good cover save, add multi metla for attack bikes and plasma and melta guns on the bikers, lots of ap2 there add in a libby on a bike for null zone, or even two libbys to cover a lot of the board with null zone

I've actually tried out my bikes against him in various situations. They've been pretty useful in some games (Taking out a Dreadknight, or a Strike Squad), and haven't done so well in others (Getting assaulted by the Pallies before doing any real damage). I'm experimenting at the moment with a Bike Captain, to add some mobility into the army.
