As long as they are Characters and don't have a restriction on being Warlords. Bjorn was FAQ'd to be a Character. Master's Land Speeder was not. HIWPI Master's Land Speeder as well as vehicles chosen as part of an Armoured Company (assuming no characters are chosen) can be your Warlord.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

He didnt *need* to be, he *was*. OFten GW put redundant FAQ / Errata out there.
If you are a unique character, you are a character. You would have to have a rule stating otherwise.

Evidence that the Landspeeder Sam is a character of any kind?
I don't have the DA codex - does the Landspeeder still have the IC rule? Page 410 does not specify its a character.
Unique, yes. Unique does not guarantee its a character.
To back up my statement, the BRB FAQ says, and I quote,
Q: Do models classified as unique count as characters? (p63)
A: Yes, but not in the case of vehicles (with the exception of Bjorn the Fell-handed).
So unique vehicles explicitly do not count as characters. Unless, like Bjorn, there's something else allowing it... Like an FAQ or something like the IC rule.

Page 110, which defines special characters, would seem to qualify.
Are there any Unique vehicles which aren't named special characters? If not, then yeah, that FAQ ruling would seem to screw Sammael.
