The Dark Angels Marines were done by a guy named Shawn Torsson. I ran across him on the 504th Infantry Costuming forum. He's amazing at making costumes. He's done loads of Halo Spartans, and ODST. He's also excellent at doing special one-off's.
I own one of his Halo Spartan suits. If I would ever get it assembled and painted, it would be a really nice set up.

I didn't make it I just copy and pasted the creator's words from his YouTube vid.
