The part in The Life Aquatic when the helicopter malfunctions and Owen Wilson's character, who is really the heart of the story, dies. It just comes out of left field and so unexpected, just as it often is in real life.
Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

It's Ratbarf, but yeah, I can never read through the whole thing without tearing up, nor do I know anyone who has been able to read the whole thing without the same happening. Hits you right in the Feel it does.
It sounds silly, but the ending 3 minutes of 50 First Dates (Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore) always does it for me. Whenever the movie comes on, I'll watch the last 10-15 minutes of it, just to catch that last scene.
Ah, here. If you haven't seen, won't mean anything. If you're like me, this is the magic scene.

The book "Final Salute" and the movie Taking Chance.
Both are incredibly moving in general, and more so because it takes me back to my time serving with a Marine Corps funeral detail.
Spoiler:
Gak... I'm tearing up a little now.
Memories man.
This too for some more military stuff.
It's a story from WW2, about the raid on Makin Island, about the Marines who fought and died... and were left behind, but never forgotten. Their bodies hidden and buried as heroes and warriors by the native Batari Tari people of Makin Island. 58 years later we came back for our dead.
That's always comforted me... more then anything. Wherever you fall, then or now. In the middle of the fight, or in your dead as age claims you, we always come for our dead. Always.
And of course at the right time of year.... taps may as well sucker punch me in the gut.
Spoiler:
I beg of you sarge let me lead the charge when the battle lines are drawn
Lemme at least leave a good hoof beat they'll remember loud and long
Damn, the picture almost got me. I bawl like a goddamned infant every time I see this episode, sometimes I can't even watch it.
I'll second Ratbarf on the Morel Orel bit, and say it actually might extend to several parts of the final season of that show; I don't openly weep but I tear up here and there...
...kind of like how I am now reading about the guy working in the animal shelter. God - Damn.

The Notebook - a film where a old man reads from a book in the 3rd person about his and his wifes life who has dementcia(?) so he can bring her back to him, even if it's only for five minutes. It is a love story as well about their struggle to be together but if you watched it you couldn't say it's a chick flick and I dare you not to cry at the end. I only just fought back the tears
Come into my web, said the spider to the fly.
Come rest your wings, and let us talk eye to eye.
For I am a spider, and you are the fly. Now that you are here, let us sit, and say hi.
But I have have no morsel to share, nor anything to eat. But wait, what is that stickiness upon your feet.
Ah now I have you, now I can eat. Now I can enjoy you, or store you as meat.
For I am the spider, and you are the fly. How else could it have gone, between one such as you, and one such as I.

I would also agree, but I think that particular moment was the poignant. There were certainly parts of the final season and the end of the second where you're watching and you become incredibly morose/depressed.
The animal shelter always works, never can make it through without a feel.
Thirdly, which episode of Futurama is that? I'ld thought I had seen all of them but I don't remember that part.
Jurassic Bark. That end sequence really comes out of nowhere for Futurama. Really great writing/animation.

And finally... and admit it guys, the movie Rudy. One of only two sports movies that will choke me up, and I'll admit it. Plus side is, you cannot have your Man Card revoked for tearing up at Rudy.
My HS wrestling coach was Rudy's younger brother. The movie loses its punch when you start seeing current teachers in the extra pool.

Oh yeah. I totally forgot about that episode of Futurama. Gets me every time too. Probably Groenig's (sp) best episode of any tv show yet.
Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Easily one of the most soul-crushing films I've ever seen. It's amazingly good, but it will utterly destroy you from the very beginning to the very end. I was depressed for a good two weeks after I first saw it.
It's easily one of my favourite movies, but boy, is it hard to watch.

This documentary made my cry. Not tear up, but cry:
Now to be fair, I did watch him race when I was young and I remember watching the race that killed him. So the tears where a mix from the documentary as well as remembering all the feelings of watching the crash. But dammed that movie got me.
And it got me from the first minute. I told my wife that I would probably tear up since I remember his death pretty well. And then the fething thing starts with an interview his mom gave when he was still racing where she talked about praying that her son would always be safe.

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.
When it's used like that they add an odour so you don't accidentally gas yourself to death, much like how propane smells even though propane is odourless.
I have to agree with the firts 10mins of the film UP. So depressing haha. But what gets me is the old Scots songs esp Robert Burns, the man is a genius. It may be a bit hard for people who dont know any of the Scots dialect but there are English lyrics on the web.
Also this one about young men ging off to the western front

Usually it isn't UP, or at least not all of it, just the first 10 minutes or so.
Saw Les Mis over the weekend, and damned if there weren't a few parts that were a teensy bit moving. Still, being a man I refrained from showing any emotion, as set out in the handbook.

It's hard to get immersed in something I know is fake. I over think everything too much and it just loses any applicable meaning. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
