I'm surprised they're still plugging away... still under 2.5K and needing to get to 45K in 20 days, there's no way it will fund... better to take the lessons learned and cancel it, to come back in the future and try again with a lower goal, perhaps...

I disagree. I say "ride it out." If it fails, it fails... but what good is there in quitting?
I say that, as long as there is a chance, don't give up... and in Kickstarters, you just never know what might happen.

The Zynvaded! guys probably aren't running their campaign as well as they could be. But that's just arm-chair small business running on my part. I'm just kind of bummed that there didn't seem to be many goodies for someone like me who already had a set of the current figures.

I've met the people involved, and they've been at it for a couple years or so by now, selling at the local sci-fi/gaming con, and they've been doing some web sales. I don't think their web presence has been very consistent, and that's one of the things they could use improvement on.

I'm sure it more than infringes copyright (if it is a GW wheel - I can't prove it so would always give benefit of the doubt) I'm sure you can't copy anybody's work without consent even for personal use the difference is that if done only for personal use you are unlikely to be pursued.

$3,208 pledged of $45,000 goal 4 days to go.

I don't think any amount of GW hate would help these guys at this point.

Considering that they have the sculpts, the game, and everything else in production for the past 2 years, I still can't phathom the $45,000 goal as anything other than trying to grab some free advertising on Kickstarter.

For half that I could get 45 models sculpted, cast, and a few hundred copies of the game printed and boxed.
