Because they die easily to any of the millions of template weapons in this game.
Is that 3 units of 3 Lobbas or a single unit of 3 Lobbas PipeAlley?
I can't seem to find where you described your Nob Bikers, but your the guy that takes ten of the buggers right?
Edit: Nvm, found them. 9 Bikers, Pole, Banner, 1x PK, and a Painboy? I can't comprehend this build tbh, naked bikers seem so unamazing for their points cost.
How do you use this army? I'm going to a modified version of it (no MANz/Grotsnik, only 9 Nob Bikers) in 1500pts (No Fliers) Big Guns never Tire against CSM tomorrow. The guy generally uses a few Cultist units and then heaps of Obliterators and Forgefiends. Tips?
In particular, what the hell are the Deffkoptas for? They don't seem even remotely worth the points and I can't figure out how you make use of them!
I just posted a quick list with tactics;

LOL about the Koptas; they're 100% annoyance/distraction/Linebreaker/Objective deniers. At 2000 points they are extra wounds for my 2nd BikerBoss. They are great at moving up, shooting, then fading back and drawing the opp. in. Automatically Appended Next Post: Dakkamite wrote:Not giving away your secrets eh? Fair enough, I'll figure them out for myself
Not at all Like I said in the link, not a whole lotta strategy Automatically Appended Next Post: Dakkamite wrote:Not giving away your secrets eh? Fair enough, I'll figure them out for myself
No secrets, like I said in the link, Orks aren't too much about Tactics

Lots of Warbuggies and trucks allows the orks to block my LOS at very little cost to themselves, while their outflankers show up and harass me just to stall me. Even their littlest outflanker is a threat which must be destroyed lest I lose one or two units. So when they run up and block LOS, it means the rest of the REAL army is arriving nearly at full str.
Orks need LOS blocking to really get their potential. If they just deploy and run, its gonna be ork Jello everywhere. But if I can't get in enough shots... Its gonna be Tau Jello.
Thats funny, thats how Id run my Orks even in 6th, buggies to haul ass and block LOS for the rest of my army, if not all, most of it anyways. Its funny because people think "HA! I killed off that squadron of buggies with 3 units!" and I laugh thinking "Excellent, it took how many points to kill roughly 100pts" Then its my turn to zip in with everything else.

I like 3 Battlewagons full of Warbosses and choppa boyz, followed up by 3 five man loota squads and boyz on foot to taste. Delivering 60 boyz to the enemy's doorstep second turn can be devastating. Even terminators go down under the sheer amount of dice that I sling. Highly recommend having dice cups with different color dice for easy dice counting during tournaments. I usually spend every spare moment counting out dice to prepare for the next assault phase.

Precisely. I have only ever been beaten with this form of Orks. No other build will beat me (or at least...has to date). It just seems like the number one thing they can do to help their cause is simply blind the enemy.
