With my Armoured Company; Eldar. Jetbikes are probably the single nastiest thing against massed tanks since screamers got rightfully nerfed to hell.

Otherwise, it's Grey Knights. I fought them a lot when I was getting into the game, and it took a while before I could reliably hurt the army, and the most one-sided battles I've had have been against GK. I haven't played them in ages, but they're the reason I have more plasma and demolishers than is reasonable.

Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

Hmmm...interesting question. Overall, I think the player mattes the most, but....

I personally hate space wolves, as they have always given me the most trouble, either with my tau or nids.
(really, jaws? How much were your long fangs? How many of your guys have eternal warrior or invul saves?).

I think some of it is the fact they do everything SM does, but better and cheaper. Prolly just psychological...

Overall, the player matters more - but I think the worst match up is when I am playing my nids and I run into a good DE player...that is just an ugly match up.

Blood Angels have consistently been able to romp on me. I beat them but they have the best winning percentage, period, against me.

None of them, really.

If i HAD to choose though it would probably be gunline IG.

It's a bit unfun to place my fragile-ass DE or my orks on a table, and then wait while the other guy spends an hour systematically removing unit after unit with artillery and lascannon-spam.

Then i get to move upfield.

Then he does it again.

Massed artillery bombardment/heavy weapon spam is very much the IG thing, but it's not a whole lot of fun to play against.

I think he dislikes the army for perceived imbalances, but enjoys the challenge it can provide.

Tau, even with good terrain placement, I still don't know how to deal with them, moment I move out to shoot at them, they just blast everything of mine off the table effortlessly the next turn.

In Tournaments its Nids and I play IG. Its not that I lose all the time (more like 50/50 really) but the Tervigon Spam is soooo Boring!
Sure I have alot of guns but the damn things hide in the back and in cover. So in reality if there is more then 1 Tervigon I will lose 100% of the time...

Other than that I have bad luck vs Daemons but generally kill Necrons like nothing.

On moon miranda.

I don't really have a singular army that I've never really beaten, but I've never had a fun game against Blood Angels, either my BA opponents are jerkwads (first BA player I every played constantly cheated and pitched a fit when called out on it and we asked to see his codex, another did nothing but bitch about how he was going to lose and didn't even want to play the match at a tournament and then went on about how his popping smoke during scouts on his Baals and still shooting in his turn while claiming the cover save after shooting is totally not sketchy, and several other horror stories) or something collapses entirely from the get-go and it's been decided one way or the other (games where you win with no challenge or can tell you've lost right out the gate aren't much fun). It's one or the other (often both) with BA's for some reason.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

As daemons, I originally thought it would be grey knight's. Turns out it's dark eldar, with all that poison XD

I've actually had good luck against Dark Eldar since the new Codex came out, actually it's been good since 6th Edition came out. The old codex in 6th Ed was good against almost any army and baring Warp Quake spam (which I never encountered in the wild) I honestly had no serious uphill battles. With the new Codex, Tyranids have become my bane, although I've yet to fight Grey Knights since the new book came out (I'm not expecting it to go well for me).

With the shift in shooting from Daemonic Gifts to Psychic Powers armies with solid Psychic defense gained in power. And Tyranids with their high toughness MCs and good Deny the Witch rolls have gotten much harder for me to kill.

I think my worst game was against Tau.

Most armies I face, I have a fairly good chance of at least holding my own. When I was still learning Guard and practicing and tuning my lists, I might've generally lost a game, but everything was either damn close or a tie. MEQ armies were enjoyable to fight in that regard... it was always close to the end.

Tau though? I've fought one game against them, recently, after I had my All-Comers list basically hammered out. I was tabled turn 3. So many of his weapons were ignores cover, and what ignores cover is usually AP5. Between that, the Fire Warriors, the Riptide, and railguns, the vehicle cover, the obscene amounts of cover saves and FNP... he just turned my army to ash while I could do nothing but watch because he just did what I did but better. It was most demoralizing.

Im sorry :(

I would have to say blood angels. They are the only army to completely destroy my eldar, when I usually win.

Only played em once, but the guy rolled great and I rolled bad (he was the first to admit it).

Otherwise, I find TH/SS termies incredibly boring to play against, and the tervigon blob squad is quite boring too
