Obviously you've never seen a man live on literally coffee, beer, and pretzels... I worked for a man a few years back doing grounds keeping work for a camp, that's literally ALL he ate... Surprisingly trim from the manual labor and the lack of anything real in his diet. Also you are constantly on the run from moose

They also passed over the small island nations where obesity rates are between 50% and 70%.
