A supplement for making your own regiments would be very cool. Like you have 3 tables of 10 choices, so i dont know i could make a penal grenadier legion that fights in jungles (3 options) and each of those options have special rules and limitations and so on. I would buy that the minute it came out.

The darkness between the stars

1. Fething Legions so we can represent the legions of chaos.
2. This would be Ad Mech but to some extent I can say that forgeworld is making this a thing
3. Lost and the Damned!
4. God specific supplements perhaps to actually meld together tzeentchian forces, nurgle forces, etc between csm and chaos daemons rather than being the chaos daemons that don't really work well with csm even though they are battle brothers maybe even giving some homers (or combine this with the legions)
5. Rogue Traders sounds like a fun little supplement codex along with mercenaries. Heck just call it RT but really it is mercenaries
6. Genestealer cult
7. Deathwatch! It isn't even that hard
8. Black Templars. I'm going to say this. So you toss an entire chapter into a book with the rest of them again, you release 2 supplements, and neither is BT? And both of them are focused upon companies within a chapter huh?

After the release a 6th ed Necron Codex it would be nice to get a supplement or two for Tomb Worlds that have succumbed to the curse of the Flayer (Dark Harvest doesn't quite cut it, being an "on the verge of" dynasty) or those that have been taken over by their AI.

Rules for running Adeptus Mechanicus are covered, at least the 30k versions of them are, in the Horus Heresy books. They are still only somewhat fleshed out, most of their rules coming by way of Book 2, but seem pretty cool to me.

I'm also not sure what the point of Craftworld Ulthwé as a supplement would be. What kind of alternate rules would you employ not already covered in the codex? Then again, I thought that about the Black Legion rumors for their supplement and then it actually came out. I thought it was pretty cool. Maybe they'd bring along a forced upgrade requirement in having Warlocks lead every squad that they can possibly attach to similar to how Black Legion guys must take VotLW if they can?

Or they can purchase Warlock Councils as elites, as currently there are no elites at all that fit the fluff of the Ulthwé. It's all aspect warriors or ghost people, neither of which the Ulthwé really utilize.

A while back someone did a proposed craftworld Ulthwe supplement. I don't remember everything involved, but my contributions - Black Guardians (which gained an extra rule for free, and were only the mandatory slots), seer councils as HQ choices, and a new Warlock Primaris power.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

What army supplement do you hope GW will release next and why?

For me, it would have to be BT. They were stripped of their codex, and have simply become marines that are slightly faster on foot. To have a supplement that has some nice unique wargear and units, not to mention rules representing their death defying zeal beyond making them more athletic than other marines would be great.

Agreed. Black Templars would be cool. SONS OF DORN!

Yes.

I imagine a supplement that reintroduces pariahs would garner the interests of many necron players. Maybe a oldcron based supplement that does away with the triarch choices, but introduces new units to make up for it.
Or some sort of anti-psyker / warp variation. If it adds pariahs I'm happy. Of course, GW being GW, most likely won't do anything that brings back OOP models, or make rules for sets they can't or won't sell (have you noticed that trend? The rules for Warlords and the special chaos variants of baneblades were not in the Apoc book, nor the Escalation book.)

The way I see it, the supplements should be like the alternate armies in Command and Conquer 3 : Kane's Wrath.
For example, the Black Hand, the alternative to Nod, does away with Stealth Tech, but instead favors a more in-your-face approach to warfare, replacing militia with heavily armed fanatics that boost the offensive capabilities of near-by infantry, and a special type of Mech that can't steal weapons like the vanilla version, but can instead wreak havoc with a highly powerful flamethrower. The Marked of Kane, on the other hand, prefers to use stealth tactics and small groups of powerful cybernetic units, as opposed to the hoard tactics of the Black Hand. However, they are also much more expensive than their vanilla and Black Hand counterparts - Their basic infantry, the Awakened, are much more expensive than Militia or Confessors.

Instead, GW decided to make the supplements just give you a different set of warlord traits and a slight variation of wargear and FOC

Adding in to the cacophony of either ruinous power supplements or something that gives us CSM players Legion/Warband/Rugby Club tactics.

Biel-Tan

I'd love to see Biel-Tan since my army kinda runs like them. Plus they're the opposite of Iyanden in that they hate the IoM so it'd be interesting to see a conflict between the two. In Iyanden supplement they do mention Biel-Tan being assaulted by ten Space Marine chapters and emerging victorious, so it'd be cool to learn about that. It would also be nice just to read about those eldar who dare to hope for an empire of their own. I like the rise from the ashes angle.

1.) A few of the CSM organizations would be great, especially with rules that aren't 'Do you want another Helldrake!?' for usefulness.

2.) At least two more Eldar Craftworlds due to them being as diverse as Space Marine Chapters for playability.

3.) Perhaps 1 or 2 IG Regiments that can't be folded into the main rulebook somehow.

4.) Ork factions/freebooters

1. Supplaments for C:SM e.g
a. unknown founding: Blood Ravens, Death Specters, Storm Wardens, etc.
b. Black Templars since they got theirs taken away.
c. Iron Snakes, because tho they are an Ultramarines successor they don't follow the Codex Astartes for Force org or tatctics

2. Imperial Guard regiments: Mordians, Death Korps, Vallahan etc.
