Fine. Omega just sounds cooler as an ultimate Psyker rating than Alpha+++++. Call it what you want, the point is that the Emperor is Alpha+++++

Indeed. I don't think the God-Emperor's rating of "so over 9000 it's hilarious" was ever in question.

I forget where I read this, as it's been so very long since I can remember knowing this, but base-line humans are typically rated at "kappa" on the scale. This means that while they are not psychically active, they can exert extremely weak influences on the Immaterium, and can be affected by such influences (active Psychic effects) fairly easily but not automatically.

That would put the baseline, non-psychic human at #10 on the "Top 10 List" of psychic ability, with an Alpha-Plus being 10 slots higher (which makes them even more powerful than whatever is #1 on the list).
