Drop Trooper with Demo Charge

A quick update - had a few hours before going off to work this morning:
Rear bustle rack is DONE! I had to adjust the vertical strips and re-cast the thing, but this one is spot on - with a thickness of only 1.5mm they are a little bit fragile, but once some stowage is crammed in, it will be strong enough for rough gaming
Also began work on the main gun - most of the fiddly stuff is done, all there is left is to finish the mantle, clean up the greenstuff work and add rivets - I'm contemplating adding a small 12x10mm platform on the barrel closest to the mantle to mount smokelauncher, searchlight or other gubbinz - much like I did with the Vanquisher models earlier in the thread.
And lastly a somewhat comical picture of the turret on a Rhino - I guess its not really suited for a Predator

Time for an update - I had a day off, the first in a long time!
Lots of work has been done to the A2 turret, and I am pleased to anounce, that the A2 standard turret is done, as in FINISHED!!
Next up is different main weapon variantions - among them, the Punisher/Exterminator or Aggressor Pattern, as I've come to call it...
I did a quick assembly of an A2 turret, and gave it a primer coat - needs some greenstuff work and stowage, but I had to show off
Notable improvements on the A2 turret:
New Gunners targetting optics.
New Loaders Periscope.
More detailed Ammo/Stowage bustle rack.
Separate side bins for a sleeker look option.
Sleeker fume extractor on the Gun barrel.
Small mounting plate on the Gun mantle for Searchlight or Smoke launchers.
More rivet details.
And finally, I've begun the ammo-feed top plate for the Agressor pattern (Punisher/Exterminator) - The idea is to remove the loader hatch and cupola and glue the plate in place.
H[/a]opefully, I can free up some time this week to focus on ammo-chute and canister/hopper.
Also, I need to get cracking at the MkII hull and engine - But as it is, the A2 turret and MkI hull are fully compatable, so no rush...
Enjoy!

Hehehe, indeed! That is a bit oversized for a Rhino.
Suits your hulls perfectly though.

MkII body Update:
Basic structure complete - Still needs front/hull weapon and rear engine cover - a little greenstuff and lots of rivets.
Hope you like!
Sorry for the picture quality - guess white styrene on a white surface wasn't a great call
The bits on the sides are: Driver-CCTV, External Fire-Suppression Handle and Hostile-Enviroment-Filters... Well that the idea anyhoo...

Aw Yeez! Got a litte work done on the Cerberus yesterday - Last couple of weeks has been crazy-stupid with work and family...
Did the final take on the Front Hull weapon and drivers station, including drivers hatch and periscopes. Also, most of the greenstuff work on the Hull is done - still need to tidy up and sand where needed.
A few rivets and details are still missing - And also the Rear Engine cover, but I'm waiting for some etched brass detail and other bits for that one.
The whole Rear section is still missing.
And also the Side Armour Skirts.
If only I had more time!
And now, pictures!
The main gun looks really long on the last picture, it may be a trick of the eye - The muzzle is separate, so I guess one could always cut off a few cm.
Enjoy!

Hey there - Remember me?
Obviously, I suck at updates - Sorry about that!
But, in order to redeem myself a little - Here is a few pictures of the now COMPLETE Cerberus MkII !
Working on a few main weapon alternates, but the basic tank is DONE!
Master will hit the molds next week, and production should commence shortly after - I expect an official "release" by MAY 1st - But those of you going to SALUTE 2015, may get a live pre-view, (Look for the ruggedly handsome, slightly balding, dude with a Black Tee with TREADHEADZ written on it!). Hopefully I'll even manage to have a painted model to view
And now pictures:
I hope you enjoy - It was lots of fun and frustration to build

Quick Update - No pictures:
Last master parts are done and ready for production.
Allthough I've managed to make it much more detailed and complex - I ultimately failed in reducing the weight - the model itself weighs just under 500g that was the goal - but with box and bubblewrap, it still clocks in at 525g - Dagnabbit!
While the model uses less resin, it is a much more complex model with over 20 parts to it. So it takes more time to cast. The original primary objective of this project was to create a cool tank for personal use. It was never really intended for sale, that kind of just happened - Not that I'm complaining
I still view the goal of the project as fun and not profit. Though I still need to cover material expences and shipping.
Given the above factors, I've calculated the final price on the beast to €50 or about £36 or $53
This will include worldwide shipping - And if you buy a Squadron of 3, I will give a 10% discount.
The Agressor Pattern Turret (Punisher) is still WIP. No set date on this one or other weapon patterns, but thing are being worked on.
Also on the slate is a Dozerblade upgrade.
Thank you for watching - And If any of you are present at Salute 2015 in London - Look me up for a preview of the model - I'll be the handsome balding dude with a black tee with "I am TREADHEADZ" on it.

Ah ah ah ah staying alive, staying alive ahem, right then.
So real life, in all its cruelty, came along and snatched up all my time - So the project has had a small pause.
I did some assembly of a few models last week - and just to spite me - the turret side bins doesn't fit as they should, dang it!
I've made some new along with some snazzy headligts and an alternate Main weapon, that will either count-as an Eradicator.
I've also drawn up a concept of the Demolisher/Executioner pattern that will include hopefully beef up the turret and give and illusion of higher AV.
I will try to get pictures tonight.
My new release aim is for June 6th (D-Day)
