food + beer?

if you're into sushi, Ooi's is close and it's pretty good. there is a korean bbq place nearby, Shila. it's kind of pricey but worth it. tokyo steakhouse is sushi/tepanyaki. i don't really eat a lot of pizza, so can't comment there.

what do you like, i can get some places for you to consider.

Seems like the deadline to submit your list has been changed to September 27th.

So on the frontline list of kosher Lords of War it says stompa. Does this include any variant of the stompa, such as the Big Mek Stompa(which only has slightly different weapons none of which ignore cover)?

On a similar note are the forgeworld armies allowed such as the Dread Mob from IA8?

With the dark eldar codex coming out soon, what will you guys do/allow if it drops before the tournament? Sticking to all players use the old dex or will the new one be allowed?

Mainly wondering because if I make a list with the baron and the new dex does have him, that would suck.

In the past it has always been that they allow codexes that have come out a month before the GT. It should be somewhere in the rules packet. I'll ask Mark tonight about the new Dark Eldar codex.

I was just informed by Mark that the new Dark Eldar Codex will be allowed and only that version. The old codex won't be.

Yeah, Adam I was thinking the same thing. Dark Eldar players should get an exemption. The codex might come out on the day of the tournament.

Given this, the old dex should reign and the new should be given a few weeks to simmer.

I'm surprised they (Mark and organizers) would accept the new with only 7 days' time to digest.

Well, as per the mass email that went out looks like the old DE codex will be used. Guess I won't be losing to anyone from "T0C" after all .

The DE codex will not be out until the first day of the tournament at the earliest.

Can you not request the TO to arrange a Round 1 grudge match? I have seen it done in many GTs.
