I think we can all agree it's good Infinity inspiration then. I like how we all take something a little different from it. For me it looks like something CA which has been cannibalised and repurposed by Nomads using, among other things, PanO armour. I think it would fit perfectly into the Reptile TAG range which is PanO refitted by Nomads, the legs remind me of Szally and the hands of Lizzy. It's definitely got that more organic CA feel though.

Haha sorry, I hope the jocularity of my tone was evident. I get what you mean about it not really fitting. It fits in waay better with the older Lizzy and Szally than the newer additions to the series. For example the Szally's legs are of very similar design. In fairness it would no longer fit into that series, it would have been a nice alternate direction for them to take though.

What's Evangelion EVA?
Its from the anime Evangelion, here is one example.
Yes on all accounts. It was most impressive that he went into the conversion without prior planning or seeing the model, simply explaining that he sees what he needs to cut off, scratch build and sculpt.
Want to share this film. The theme is what I've talked about in "main armies discussion".

Has anyone seen sci-fi art where buildings would be more natural or more blended with organics. Not direct fusion (Tohaa, CA) but solar panels on skyscrapers, gardens for oxygen, wind powered plants and so on.
These two are from Jupiter Ascending, an upcoming film. I imagine the first one being a big YuJing Capital, something civilian, and the hoverbike something Aleph like.
And then there's the trailer for an upcoming Ghost in the Shell online shooter:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYucNjpnXHg I haven't seen the anime yet, and don't know in how far it's of use for Infinity inspiration, but the shooter has that nice anime vibe, and it does resemble Aleph at some points.

Coincidentally I stumbled into this just yesterday while looking for something else.
I used to have plans for some self sustaining eco buildings/apartments with public use farms in them but I fear they are long gone and I'm not sure where I got them from originally. Interesting concepts though, very well thought out. I think the Dutch have some current stuff moving in the direction your looking for, aesthetically at least, all curves, gardens and communities.

Some interesting buildings in there, always good to see stuff like that.
Chappie looks interesting but it could be a bit lame, it has the potential to be too heavy on the moral aspects and come off as a kiddy film.
Also did any spot who those two are?
I've been rewatching some sci-fi films, not necessarily great Infinity aesthetics but intelligent, quirky films that get the juices flowing.
A Scanner Darkly
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Moon
Logan's Run
Primer
Sunshine
I'd only recommend watching the first two thirds which is an outstanding piece of sci-fi, some of the best stuff out there. Don't watch the last third though, it's like a completely different, and terrible, slasher film. I really like what Tarantino said about it.
I'm hoping Chappie will be more on the moral and philosophical side, I wanted something like this ever since AI. Moon has been highly recommended, still haven't seen it.
I've had the following news on my FB status for a while, it's not quite focused on the present but the visuals might be something for this topic. Link to the article

I thought AI was great if you stopped the film with about 20 minutes left, i.e. see the original Kubrick version of the plot without the Spielberg 'tie everything up with a neat little Hollywood ending' turn of events.
Scanner Darkly was good, probably the closest film has got to an accurate portrayal of the wierdness that is a Philip K Dick story.
I like some of the visuals from Titanfall. The Specktors and Titans could very easily fit into the Infinity universe. Heck, even the troops could be in Infinity.
