Alright, a painter has been found, and im working something out with a sculptor/caster/converter now.

All in all its shaping up to be better than earlier plans.

Unfortunately everything seems to be falling through. So this is put on hold until either I can learn to do it or find someone willing to tackle this.

After my Harlequins I might get my sculpting game on and see what I can do. But I dont have high hopes.

And Kyoto... they have very tall hats, in the battle of low corridor they suffer major losses.
