Looks really neat. If it's less than $500 for the watch I can probably be talked into it.

I'd imagine that one of the major applications for this would be minor bits of fiddling around the house, something like changing a plug.
I can't see this being able to turn more than 15 degrees between the pins each turn.
It's going to be more convenient to go and get a screwdriver.
Edit: I'm talking about UK plugs here, you know the tough guy ones that are really good for accidently treading on, not wimpy US or Euro plugs.

Great idea though.
Edit: Also no blade or bottle opener?
Pffft. Bottle opener ? that's what carabiners are for.
Pretty cool, i will likely get one. It won't replace my multi tool, but i wear bracelets a lot anyhow, and its kind of cool that i can have a stand in multitool with me when i'm wearing one.
Carabiners!!! I Thought I was the only one

First time you use it you'll probably ruin the finish on the tool tip or end up making it rough so that it rubs against the wrist. Nice idea but don't think it'll be practical save for a last ditch effort survival situation.
A swiss army knife would probably be better, or a pocket ninja: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/74162715/karatechop-a-multi-tool-for-your-inner-ninja
