Buildings are treated as vehicles in many ways,

Anything that would affect a vehicle would also affect a building iirc.


The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so

Like many said before, the armor value mean very little nowadays.
You're AV15+ ? Meh...
- D weapons don't care
- Grav weapons don't care
- Gauss weapons don't care
- Haywire weapons don't care
- Lance weapons don't care (but those are rare anyway)
- Melta weapons care just a little bit
So yeah... the reality is that very few anti-tanks weapons care about AV.

Also the plethopra of S6-7 shooting weapons (scatlas, etc...) we see on every table don't care because they're unable to glance armor 13/14 anyway.

It's a nice power to have, it will help you a little bit, but don't base your strategy on that;
And finally, whatever your armor is, remember that one good pen hit can destroy/cripple you.

Buildings, generally speaking, use most of the rules for Vehicles. Don't have my rule book on me, but the wording might actually allow it. Someone will have to check.
