That is a problem with a few other impressive tables i have seen, that are great to look at, but you cannot use most of it to play on.

Above all I like the different playing "levels" of the palace.
I am going to copy that concept :-)


Thanks for the comment. I tried hard to make it playable so I appreciate you noticing. I've played three games so far, one with more than 10 people, and the playing levels approach seems to work great.

Thanks for the comment. I was worried about making it seem too busy so I went for limited detail painting. If you look at GW promo type pics, they usually take a similar appoach in order to highlight the models. You're probably right though, a bit more detail work could've done some good.
