INSANE army lists still available!!!! Now being written in 8th edition format! I have Index Imperium 1, Index Imperium 2, Index Xenos 2, Codex Orks Codex Tyranids, Codex Blood Angels and Codex Space Marines!
PM me for an INSANE (100K+ points) if you desire.

Throwing my guess at new lobba, zzap gun and kannon, only thing 40k orks have that zzap are zzap guns.

Or

Some strange AoS reference to shamans and artillery warmachines.

I'm hoping it's new 40k mek guns and a formation for mekguns.

Serious wishing, but I'd love for it to be a new warbuggy/skorcha kit. Maybe zzzap because you can now arm them with kustom mega blastas?(as per the rules sheet that will be included) Ideally: 2 warbuggies per box for $45.

...not like that's going to happen in a million years.

Interesting to see what it is. Don't recall any 40k ork releases rumoured so would seem odd to get big release. But wording does hint more toward 40k but then again with how similar 40k and AOS aesthetic is getting maybe that's not that reliable...

GW: Just kidding, it's another Space Marine release. Here are some of the new psyker powers:
Zzap -- Roll a D6. On 2+, all Space Marines have Fleet. All of them. Like, in the whole world. Forever.
Kapow -- Space Marines now have power fists on both hands, and feet. Bolters now fire power fists.
Krakoooooooom! -- Flip the gaming table. Space Marines win. For the Emprah!

Weirdboyz can go 'Zzap' and the model is still in resin.

I think mage blasta make more of a sizzle-poosh sound and not a zzap sound. Like a plasma weapon.

That would be fun. Then add in formation so that you can have enough weirdboyz to make 'em count without having to go 4 CAD style and awot!

I saw something with a game where a dakka jet chased a SM flyer down canyons formed using playing cards early this morning which purported to be from WD,

but I can't find it again (facebook?, a forum? I was half asleep and just can't remember) so whether it was a fake that got pulled, or whether I just haven't looked in the right place ?

but that might well be what the end tag is referring to if it was real

Old game that came in old WD. Of course rerelease could be option but zzap isn't what the ork fighters really make...

Yeah, that is real mate. Can't for the life of me remember which WDW it was though.

They could call it Gorkamorka! Wait a sec....

New kits are always welcomed but I would much prefer a new codex. It seems like no matter how many new kits come out due to GW's insane pricing models (seriously mek guns ) I end up converting everything anyways

Well I wouldn't put hopes for new codex...For starters supplement just came. For second has there EVER been release as big as new codex that managed to avoid rumour mill completely? One would assume somebody would have spilled it already if there was new codex on it's way.

Which is why I'm not expecting big release. Not neccessarily new model level release either.

I think an upgrade sprue for kannons, lobbas, and zzap guns is the best guess, based on the generic tease.

Would be nice, as lobbas are easily the best 18 point in the ork codex that no one takes.

Unless there is some type of formation or new rules to go with new lobbas, zzap guns or kannons models, its kind of a pointless release. By now (almost 2 years after new codex) orks player would have already kit bashed them.

Based on the sounds, I was going to guess a new buggy that had the options for dakkaguns, zzap guns, some big gun, and a grot bomb launcher--but why wouldn't they include a skorcha option?

And skorchas don't go Kapow! They do go Krakoom!, but only when you shoot them!

Who knows? I know I'm excited.

Heck, I would be excited if it was rules for fighting Orks with Deathwatch Overkill. If it's orks, I like it.

Ork players are like abused partners - we're grateful for any attention, even a slap in the face.

I can't see a boxed game as the trail suggests orks alone. And I don't believe Mek Guns sold that well..

I'm thinking Warbuggies. That's wishful thinking.

I doubt theyed bring dakka to AOS. I'd think either its a repak of the mek gunz so they arent super over priced, Or it will be somesort of Mork/Gorknaught, maybe they'll throw on another spru like they did for the Imp Knight, that'd be great =D

My money's on Gorkanaut rules for the Knights game.

If they didn't just say dakka dakka for Orruks by accident.

You know, I think people might be onto something mentioning the Mek Gunz.

Two Mek Gunz and a Big Mek with Shokk Attack Gun as a boxed set.

Those three things would be $129 by themselves, I could see them releasing it at maybe $100 or so?

I wouldn't put it past GW to try to retcon "dakka" into AOS. After all, they named the new Orruk wizard "Weirdnob Shaman". I don't recall the term nob having been used in Fantasy before. (I could be wrong, not an expert on that game).

It seems more likely that it has something to do with Mek Gunz.

It has not been used before, but neither has Orruk or Moonclan Grots or Greenskinz.

Names changed. It has nothing to do with anything beyond the shift from WHFB to AOS and their attempts to make things 'special'.

Did they not? They're a fantastic unit, though paying ~$150 for a 150 point unit I imagine is off-putting for many. I guess most people who want them bought one or two and scrapped together however many more they wanted from the bitz.

The mek gunz kit looks incredible. $50 for a single model that works best in squads of 3-4 is ridiculous. That alone kept me from ever buying any.

Mek guns are great but are stupid expensive moneywise. I kitbashed a unit of 5 for $3. $275 cad for a single 150pt unit is way too much.

Yah getting multiples of only one(spam the best one) gets ridiculous but if you want multiples of several(say 3 batteries of 3 type) it's much more feasible as you can kitbash many from one box. Okay so they don't all look same but who cares? Kitbashing is half the fun playing orks

Weren't there rumors of an ork vs Tau supplement? Or were those debunked? Or I could even be imagining them? Would that clarify the beamyness of the hint or no? Maybe they got some of dat blu boyz tek to show em how to make em right and proppa beamy gunz. Some of dat orkky know wots.
