So I actually got some painting in last night while the Missus was watching "The Real House Wives of Melbourne"... Emperor Save us from the Women on that show, dear Lord. Annnnny way Onto something a bit manlier. Managed to get a solid amount done for the less than 2 hours of time I got. Changed the Vials and Containers to black and slapped on a coat of gloss (Think I will do an extra coat.) Painted up the bolt pistol and started the chainsword as well as a few blue lenses here and there. along with some touch ups to bits and pieces, really upset that I have to dirty up all the white after it looks this clean haha, but I'm sure it will look great when the whole model gets all the weathering added.

Haven't had much time to paint recently, but I did manage to do the weathering on the Apothecary, it was a bit painful doing it to the white but it just would have looked out of place otherwise. Pretty much finished now besides the Decal for the shoulder pad which has since been gloss varnished ready to accept it. Hoping to get a lot more done in the coming week, the Sergeant and Orth should see some progress, maybe finish off 4 more Immortals that have been sitting around 80% complete for weeks.




In Other News, Bought Some BaC Cataphractii Terminators and Death Guard Decal Sheet From Forgeworld so I may start work on the Death Guard PoTL Army soon!

Wow it has been a while! I have been so distracted recently with a variety of things, at least some of those things were 30k related (death guard)!
But Last night I thought I would do some more Iron Hands stuff since it has been starring into my soul the past few months....
So I did some work on my take Casteman Orth, not too much, just dab of paint here and there, I did manage to finish his head (I think it's finished?).
The final idea will be that it looks like he has leapt from a wrecked tank, So he has a bunch of scrap metal and things on the back of his base and will have dirty armour, hopefully with scorch marks and such.
