Are bookies anywhere giving any profitable odds on Clinton being next president, or is it just too clear.

Again, if you like things just like they are, you will vote for Clinton. She is the penultimate status quo candidate. if you don't, you vote for someone else. The world may be surprised at how many vote for someone else.

Scuttlebutt is that Sanders is going to endorse Clinton on Tuesday. They are scheduled to make a joint appearance, so that seems like a likely time.

If he's smart (and he does appear to be) he'll throw his weight behind Clinton, but capitalize on what he's help create to start a movement. Getting like-minded people into politics and elected office, federal, state, and local, is the best thing he and his people can do to advance the cause.

Honestly, which do you think is more likely:

1) Sanders is still negotiating with the democrats and it's just taking time to work stuff out.

or

2) Sanders is going to blow up the convention and declare himself a third-party candidate, despite having no hope of winning and running as a third-party candidate being the biggest possible contribution he could make to getting Trump elected.

I think it should be pretty obvious to everyone that he is either going to work something out and endorse Clinton, or at least sit quietly and wait for the next election. And if he's the kind of selfish narcissist who would rather support the candidate who opposes everything he stands for than the candidate who agrees with him on most issues but won his party's nomination why would anyone want to vote for him?

Do you have a high-level source in the party leadership that has leaked very private information, or are you just speculating about this?

as to what he will do hard to say, I just find it troubling he has not dropped out of the race yet.

And, again, running third-party would have zero chance of success and a significant chance of electing the person most opposed to Sanders' positions instead of the candidate who agrees with him on most stuff. The only remaining question is how strongly he will endorse Clinton, whether it will be enthusiastic support and working together, or quiet acceptance and preparing for a better campaign in 2020.

then why hasn't he endorsed her?

also you forgot this part:

Last month, he told the progressive network The Young Turks that he would make several policy demands of Clinton before supporting her, including that she back a $15-an-hour minimum wage, stronger financial regulation and a concerted effort to fight climate change. He also expressed reservations about her consistency on policy issues and her ties to oil and gas companies.

Possibly because it isn't Tuesday yet. Here's the relevant post, helpfully quoted:

then why hasn't he endorsed her?
Because he can still get his policy pushed through into the platform. At this point he has everything to gain by waiting until his policy has been pushed through. And what is being reported is that he has had his policy put in and now he will endorse this week some time.

Well, no I did't, I just thought it irrelevant as the party just did the $15 minimum (you actually made a thread on that), climate change is already in the D platform, and I'm pretty sure better regulation is as well.

actually that article also said he was not happy with the agreement, because of the wording, the wording made it sound like its not gonna happen any time soon, cause the Unions requested the part of the increase happening over time. also he lost on Trade since he was not a fan of the TPP either.

but that also brings back another question, even if Sanders supports Clinton, it does not mean all his supporters will, in fact it looks quite the opposite with some sites calling him traitor:
