don't think Trump is behind this since his best VP would be someone with political savvy, but if true I only have to say, no no no no a thousand times no.:
Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., might not have meant it seriously when he floated Ivanka Trump’s name as a vice president pick, but the family of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump could be considering it.
“His best running mate would be Ivanka,” Corker said on MSNBC after an announcement that he was withdrawing his name from consideration for VP. I know that wouldn’t pass muster, probably. But I don’t think I have met a more composed, brilliant, beautiful in every way person.”
Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s son, appeared on Fox & Friends Thursday morning and enthusiastically endorsed the idea.
“I agree, right? She’s got the beautiful looks,” Eric Trump said. “She’s got — she’s smart. She’s smart smart smart smart. ... She’s certainly got my vote.”
The hosts asked if she was 35, the minimum age to be vice president or president, and Eric Trump said she would turn 35 in October, just more than a week before the November election.
“Her birthday is at the end of October, so she’d make that by seven or eight days,” Eric Trump said.
Eric Trump said they were making no announcements about the vice presidential pick and declined to provide any specific names. But he sought to put to rest speculation that it was difficult for Donald Trump to find someone who would be his VP.
“I mean he’s getting calls every five minutes from real people, the best people,” Eric Trump said.

Wait that sounds bad...look over there, a distraction!
Can't we just tap our heels together three times sing there's no place like home and things will naturally be better when we wake up? Who's with me!

If we fail to anticipate the unforeseen or expect the unexpected in a universe of infinite possibilities, we may find ourselves at the mercy of anyone or anything that cannot be programmed, categorized or easily referenced.

Spit blood on the Senate floor with pyro and guitar solos might give CSPAN some added flair.
Speaking of flair, can we have Ric Flair and Donald Trump in a cage match for the GOP nomination, winner takes all? Pay Per View? ConventionMania I? Please?

Break ties in the Senate if need be. Oh, and can become President if the situation arises.

In that case, Ivanka can't ever be a VP (as I'm pretty sure she isn't a natural born citizen).
Do you really think Donald Trump has taken that into consideration?

Nope. He's the quintessential "shoot gaks from the hip" candidate.
On the day that Clinton gets bitch slapped by the FBI Director, in which he spends like 5 minutes in saying "see! System is Rigged!". He spends the rest of the night defending his 'star of David' tweets, and all that BS.

Oh man, that beautifully lampoon-able language... it's genetic!

Donald Trump spent six months a few years back getting very concerned about whether the president was a natural born citizen... so actually you're probably right, it hasn't even dawned on him.
In other news, this is a FOX news puff piece. Worse than that, it's a FOX & Friends puff piece. I'm calling it for Newt Gingrich. And I say that with the absolute confidence of someone gets VP picks wrong almost every single time.
“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

About 10 less than it would take before the family values guys started actually getting worried about it

Whats up with th GOP and fielding morons, and fairly clever businessmen who act like morons, for Senate and Presidential positions.
Neither Obama, not Clinton are much to go with, definitely more froth than coffee. But they appear to be paragons of competence compared to what they are fielded against.
When will they learn?
Are bookies anywhere giving any profitable odds on Clinton being next president, or is it just too clear.
n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

Election day is going to be depressing, that's for sure. It'll be like going into the poll booths, reading the ballot, and throwing my hands up in frustration over the plethora of terrible choices.

Again, if you like things just like they are, you will vote for Clinton. She is the penultimate status quo candidate. if you don't, you vote for someone else. The world may be surprised at how many vote for someone else.

That's a bit like taking a torch to your house because you're tired of the leaky roof. Just because things aren't perfect doesn't meany any change is better. You don't cure a stuffy a nose by blowing it off your face with a shotgun.

If you find a good bookie, let me know. I want in on that. She wins in a landslide.
