Started off good. Really good. By the end it was dragging on though. Usual stupid cops. Minions who continue to work for the evil boss that just randomly kills them periodically. The Method Man cameo felt So forced, took up way too much time, and the acompying hole-y hoodie thing was stupid. Everyone ending up connected to everyone else was quite contrived as well.

Thirteen episodes is too long for a single story. I liked DD2 where they had two stories and spent roughly half of the season on each with some intermixing.

Otherwise I liked the majority of the music. The actors all preformed their roles rather well I thought.

Saw the whole series.

Michael Colter is frick'n phenomenal... and we got some really sharp performance with the other actors.

It's actually my favorite Marvel Netflix series.

I think the reason it works so well, is because its downright believable and relatable... if that makes any sense...

Yeah, that's definitely something to be looking forward too.

I guess you missed the earlier part of the discussion where we were told how that can't be possible?

Man... I'm totally stoked over the idea of the Iron Fist.

At first, I wasn't sure how that can translate in the current Netflix Marvel universe, but I'm perfectly content for them to try it.

It was definitely my favorite of the Netflix marvel shows. I have liked them all, but this felt the strongest.

I also like how they continue to use Claire as the glue that holds the world together. She just gets better and better the more you get to know her. Heck, the women of the show were all interesting and developed.

And the music was awesome.

About halfway through the series. A high point was seeing him in the "I look like a damn fool" outfit, which I was really stoked to see.

Still liking it a lot , but it's not quite my favorite Netflix MCU series.

Yeah, I was quite tickled to see that as well!

I've only watched a few episodes so far, but I like it. I think I'm 3 in. Mike Colter is a pretty terrific Luke Cage, and I like the story (so far). I did like Jessica Jones better than Luke Cage (so far) but I suspect I'm in the minority on that one. My coworkers all hated JJ.

I can't wait to see Luke team up with Danny, just like the Power Man & Iron Fist comics my brother left me when I was a kid.

Then my wife and I are in that minority with you, we both really liked Jessica Jones. The Purpleman was such an awesome character and we liked how badly he screwed Jessica up and the long term effects he had on her

My boss and coworker (who are also both disappointed in LC as well) loved JJ. And I did as well, although I felt I needed a shower after every couple of episodes. So we're in that group with you. Just call it the group with better taste!

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I watched the whole season and it was pretty boring. The mob crime drama part at the start was ok due to cottonmouth but after it got resolved it was just downhill from there.

Luke Cage as a character was nothing more than a indestructible walking encyclopedia and never grows as a character or make mistakes. His fear of prison was also very silly.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

From what I have watched of Luke Cage I've been enjoying it quite abit. I like that it is un-apologetically black, to see how the other half (superhero wise) lives and normally that stance on things bothers me because race shouldnt really be an issue. That's beside the point though.

I've liked it better overall than JJ so far, but not as much as DD Season 1 and the Punisher half of Season 2.

If I could rate things
DD Season 2 Punisher Stuff
DD Season 1
Luke Cage
Jessica Jones
DD Season 2 Elektra stuff

That said having a rating like that doesnt get everything across because there have been things from all of them I enjoyed.
