It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.
It is by the beans of Java the thoughts acquire speed,
The hands acquire shaking,
The shaking becomes a warning.
It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

Sorry, you got that wrong.
This is much closer to the original Mentat chant:

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion
It s by the juice of the brew that thoughts aquire speed
The mind becomes strained
The strain becomes a warning
It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion

....Note that the Mentat chant is not Herbert's work.

Heretics can replace the word tea with caffeine, but coffee isnt brewed.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion. By the juice of the brew my thoughts aquire speed, my mind becomes strained, the strain becomes a warning. It is by tea alone I set my mind in motion.

Coffee makes the US Military strong. Anything less we're French

If you touch my mug of coffee I will break your fingers off at the neck
If you touch my sweet tea I rip your heart out through the back

Me without caffeine....The Gods has a better chance holding me down then ye mere mortals that inhabit this world

I'm definitely in the indifferent camp and could easily give it up. I love the smell, but the taste... eh.

I enjoy a cup of coffee with cheesecake or something like that after a meal, but I could do without just as easily.

I sometimes drink keurig k-cup coffee at work because I'm tired but it tastes pretty bad and I'm more inclined to drinking Monsters and other energy drinks now.

I like Starbucks lattes sometimes but I'm pretty sure those aren't really coffee, but more of a coffee-like beverage.

On the whole I'm more inclined to tea.

My mom on the other hand would straight up murder people by noon if she couldn't have coffee.

Being an energy drink aficionado indifferent to giving up coffe is kind of like being a heroin addict who is indifferent to giving up qualudes. The question for you would be how many officers would it take to end your rampage if you had to give up Monsters cold turkey.

I had to give up coffee for a week earlier this summer, it was death incarnate.

I need my Hot, Dark, Strong, and Bitter Bean Water to function. It tastes oh so good, smells even better, and gives you that kick to get off the ground.

Gosh, I cringe at the thought of quitting coffee. I actually really like the astringent taste of coffee.

If I quit drinking coffee I would just drink more iced tea.

I'm back!

Give up coffee, you say?

Erm, no. Civilization is supported by caffeine and I prefer the world retain a bit of civility...just doing my part.

I gave up Coffee for 6 months one year. Didn't effect me that I can recall. I was taking supplements which probably had caffeine so I don't know if that counts as giving anything up.
Caffeine is weaksause. Give me back my Ephedra.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
