Thank you! The big one will be a horde of Gigas (want to field King Crabs... ). Maybe I'll add a rider later, don't sure yet.
Dusted the cabinet last week and used the chance to take some pics of my whole KoW-Collection: Trident Realms (this time the whole army), Wood Dwarves (allied with Gnomes which I run as a count as Goblin Vanguard warband) and the Zangarmarsh (swamp) themed FoN Army
Thanks Yep it's still my main project. There's no end in sight yet. Still many ideas and a lot of stuff in the queue. Aiming to have a nice collection of every unit type, so I can build an army list without worrying if I have this unit type or this unit type
Looking forward to your basing - I already did it in green with my wood dwarves. Went from old Citadel Dark Angels Green to Goblin Green and after that I added yellow to the Goblin Green. Nice to emulate light breaking through trees
Hey! Not directly TR related but I started a new Youtube channel and made a vid about another KoW army, Forces of nature!
Have fun
Painting "Incidence of Light" painting technique tutorial soon. I use this technique to paint a Trident Realm base... so maybe some of you are interested
FYI, also started a Patreon https://www.patreon.com/titus_painting
I realized that i didn't say this before but the turtles you used for this project are endlessly delightful to me. Did you make them or were they found in various places?
Thank you The turtles are part toys part converted minis part scratchbuilds. Used some Reaper Bones spikeshell warriors, cut away the legs and arms and added fins with GS. The smallest turtles are the Spikeshell's shields with simple GS head & feet. The bigger ones are painted Schleich Toys.
And here's finally a Video of how I paint the underwater bases. It's even a technique you can use in general to paint incidence of light. Thx for Bier und Brezel Tabletop for hosting this very 1st episode of my new Youtube Series TITUS PAINTING TUTORIAL.
Here you can find the 'Bier und Brezel Tabletop' version
And here's the full uncut painting version on my new youtube channel
English version is coming soon, will update this post when it's available (this week).
Thx for watching! Have fun & stay healthy,
Flo

The work is incredible- wonderful use of color and the imagination behind some of the conversions- staggering! I've gone through what's here to catch the highlights- there is simply too much detail to take in one pass- I'll be reading through a second time just to get it all. And I'm looking forward to watching the painting tutorial. Just terrific.
