A few comments on the choice of Eldar Exarch Armor - this is mostly an old suit of Eldar Aspect Armor that has a LOT of Eldar Exarch souls embedded in it. If you are a mere human, without the focused willpower of an Eldar, your mind will probably be overwhelmed and absorbed into the gestalt, snuffed out by the stronger previous owners. Eventually, your body becomes absorbed by the armor as well. If you intend to be "you", I would avoid this. Same goes with Dark Eldar Incubi armor.

Armor: Power armor - good protection and a boost to strength sound pretty good to me
Rifle: Galvanic rifle - because a mercenary needs firepower AND style!
Melee: Some kind of power sabre - nice and choppy
Pistol: Laspistol - for a backup weapon, I want the most reliable one
Special: Grenade launcher - with plenty of different grenade types to face all possible situations

Armour: shadow spectre aspect warrior armor. Tough, hard to hit and high mobility should allow me to kite quite nicely. Plus if I find a blanket I can pretend to be a scary ghost.

Main rifle: Lasblaster. Relatively long ranged to keep me safe, and the high rate of fire will help me to at least hit what I'm trying to kill.

Melee: Diresword. Should I manage to cut you with it then an Eldar Ghost will try to destroy your mind. This should allow me ample time to rev up the old jetpack and perform a tactical withdrawal.

PIstol: A fusion pistol to melt the face of whatever manages to get close, hopefully discouraging others from doing the same.

Special: An ossefactor, to use on those who cross me*. Again, this should discourage others from doing the same.

*causes rapid and uncontrolled bone growth in the target, causing their bones to burst through their flesh into something resembling a spiky tree (possibly impaling nearby allies). This usually kills the target.

Which allows you to keep a Shadowsword hidden behind a nearby tree... well played

It never ends well
