Not sure I'd be alright with a Maul show, the character was kind of broken, an intreasting character but not sure it'd be sastifying to follow him

What would a Maul show explore? His time between breaking away from the Emperor after Palps killed his brother and before we see him again in Rebels?
That's pretty limited.

His time with Crimson Dawn is an unknown. So from rogue Sith, to crime lord, to stranded on Malachor could work as a rise and fall story.

Well, we don’t know much about his exploits post Shadow Syndicate.
He escapes Palpatine, and is overthrown in the Shadow Syndicate. Seems Ahsoka had a hand in that toward the end of the Clone Wars.
We then next see him as the apparent head honcho of Crimson Dawn. That’s allegedly (according the Digital Spy story I just found) 10BBY. Or 9 or so years after The Empire was founded.
So there around 10 years of ‘unknown’ in between those.
We next see him on Malachor. Seems he’d been there for a while after his ship crashed. Exactly when that happened isn’t clear. But could be a further 8 or so years of untold tales.
So there’s definitely decent patches that could be fleshed out.
