Wait, wait, wait. You have no students in the clinic which would mean less work and thus your painting will be reduced to almost zero? Have I missed something vital?

My goal is to finish off Abaddon in the hopes of putting him into my games clubs annual painting competition, whenever that may happen!
And then paint up my new Necromunda gangs which Santa is bringing for me.

I've been playing a while, my first model was a lead marine and my first White Dwarf was bound with staples

Lol, no, that means I have zero assistance with treating my patients and completing documentation. Long days ahead.

I just assembled my DI poxwalkers I've had for a few years. If temperatures get warm enough to prime them I'd like to get them painted. The rest of the DG stuff from that box is mostly done with the base coating. I also have some converted terminators and a Nurgled-up Helbrute to prime and paint.

"Show me where it says that in the codex!" said Learchus.
"You know brother that I cannot." said Uriel.

Well I was going to paint my Mantis Warriors but the New Year New Army thing put a stop to that, now I have an Ironjawz army to paint.

I'm painting absolutely nothing. I've just spent 6 months repainting my whole eldar collection and feel i'm due a break. Good luck to everyone else though with their endeavours.

I've been on a real roll myself. Finished 2000 points of Tsons, two War Dogs, 2 magnetized Forge/Mauler-fiends, built and primered a Leviathan dread, a Quad Mortar, and Sevatar and a Night Lords Legion Praetor (both for a Night Lords Kill Team I'm building), finished my full chapter of Red Hunters, primered 2200 points of 'Crons, painted my Greyfax (finally), and actually ordered the Astra Militarum models I need for the "Inquisitorial Strike Force" I've been threatening to do ever since Greyfax came out.

Oh, and I finally based my Mechanicus stuff. It's been painted, but unbased for an embarassing amount of time.

Will probably take a break for New Years. The wife is loosing patience.

Edit: I just googled ablutions and apparently it does not including dropping a duece. I should have looked it up early sorry for any confusion. - Baldsmug

Psiensis on the "good old days":
"Kids these days...
... I invented the 6th Ed meta back in 3rd ed.
Wait, what were we talking about again? Did I ever tell you about the time I gave you five bees for a quarter? That's what you'd say in those days, "give me five bees for a quarter", is what you'd say in those days. And you'd go down to the D&D shop, with an onion in your belt, 'cause that was the style of the time. So there I was in the D&D shop..."

Bit more work on Blackstone Fortress, AoS and still trying to design a new Titan Legion for Adeptus Titanicus.

Casual gaming, mostly solo-coop these days.

I've mostly been painting terrain, so I have finished my shipping containers.
Now I have to decide if I want to get started on some Chaos Cultists, or finish my Nurgle Daemons. Probably should do the Daemons, since I have been sitting on them for ages!

In absence of any DG release, I managed to finish all my primed DG and finally had a sunny day to prime the last batch of 14 marines and 10 terminators. The dream of having a fully painted army is getting within reach

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

Somewhere in Canada

At the beginning of the month, I built Greyfax, a Zoat and Kyria Draxus. I also started 5 DW vets and 5 DW Intercessors- bodies are built, but arms aren't on yet. I also partially built Inquisitor Kamazov.

Today I basecoated my Watch Master, my Cannoness and Sister Amelia on the sprue. I built one Jokaero, and I'm repositioning the arms on a second one. Hoping to finish these five models in the next three days. Then when I go back home, I'll finish the stuff I started earlier in the month.

Draxus + Watchmaster + 5 Vets (Proteus KT) + 5 Intercessors (Fortis KT) = 25 PL Crusade.
12 models- just enough to fill the Corvus Blackstar that's waiting on deck.

Eventually, Draxus will get a bespoke Ordo Xenos vanguard, which is where the Jokaero fit in. I don't yet have the models for her Accolytes- think I'm going to use Necromunda Palatine Enforcers- I'll need 13 altogether- two squads of 6 and one as a character model.

The Sisters are the really big deal- I have many to paint, and these are meant to get me started. Here's my sisters pile of shame:

- Wargames Exclusive Cannoness with Progenia
- Sister Amelia + the other special sister
- Verydian
- Celestine + Geminae
- Hospitaller
- 20 x Sisters
- 5 x Retributors
- 4 x Death Cult Assassins
- 3 x Crusaders
Starter box:
- Cannoness
- Repentia Superior
- 4 x Repentia
- 3 x Arcoflagellants
- 5 x Seraphim
- 10 Battle Sisters
- Penitent Engine
Blackstone Models & KT Rogue Trader:
- Taddeus the Purifier
- Pious Vorne
- Gotfrett de Montbard
- Knosso Prond
Karamazov's Spearhead:
- 2 x Mortifier Anchorites
- 4 x Mortifiers

I'm currently painting my Valhallan Colonel. Then it will be my red gobbo. I have three trolls to rebase. Any extra time will be working on 4 space wolves terminators. I also got the Star Wars legion box for Christmas so I have a lot to get done.

I'm just trying to finish up some VOR Viridian Marines and a few kitbashes for a blog post/fluff for 28mm.
If I'm really ambitious, I'll finish the old Necron Lord I plan on using in chapter four.

I just finished up 3 sherman tanks and a M3 half-track. I have 4 more 3D printed half-tracks to go.

Also sitting on my paint table is an Admech commander, a squad of 8 modern soldiers, a 9E chainsword primaris and a necron warrior. Hoping to get all these done in December.

Got a lot more to tackle, but that should keep me busy for the next month, especially with the upcoming holidays.

Update: The chainsword Primaris and the space marines from the Necron Vault Space Marine game got painted. As did 9 T-72 Soviet tanks, 3 T-64 Soviet tanks, 5 T-55 Soviet tanks, 5 Leopord 2 tanks, 2 M1 Abram tanks, 5 West German Marders for Team Yankee, 4 Panzer IV tanks, 5 Tiger tanks, 3 Panther tanks, and a Puma for Flames of War.

Haven't tackled the rest of the stuff from the original post, but I'm looking at a T-80 Soviet tank force for Team Yankee and a Hit The Beach + 5 Panzer IV's for Flames of War I just put together (and primed) from Christmas that's going to need a paint job.

It never ends well

So, this did not work. I was really eager to test some colour schemes and had a blast. I settled for a dark brown body with green chitin and yellow highlights, built a lot of the box (Genestealers have soooo many mould lines) and painted up 12 Termagaunts, an Exocrine and the Swarmlord. I tried something new for a base (foresty, green moss and green tea as foliage). That was incredible fun, but had to power through the last 2-3 hours, so I am currently working on my Rohan army as a palate cleanser

This is the most assembling/painting I’ve done in ages:
- Assembled SMH3 DG and MBH, weather is too wet and windy for priming unfortunately
- Painting scenery
- Nearly finished 16 Poxwalkers
- Need to do a few bits more on a Judiciar that is taking embarrassingly long
- Going to do Primaris Intercessor squad and three spare Plague Marines next

Still working on replacing my RT Orks, recently sold off, with plastics (mostly) - just finished a Grot unit, working on Freebooterz Warboss and Wild Boyz unit. Just the Squig unit, Goff ‘Ard Boy shields and some HQ’s to do, then it’s the vehicles. Keeps my hands busy, and the Devil idle :x)
