If they made heavy assault intercessors and put them in the troops slot, they should be restricted to just pistols and chainswords.

I’d rather have them with some toys, but in the elite slot.

Basic heavy intercessors are already pushing how rugged a troop pick should be IMHO.

Aggressors are not a replacement for terminators. They would need an invulnerable save at the very least to really fill that role, but aggressors are most certainly heavy assault intercessors for all intents and purposes.
It'd be neat to see a more melee-focused version.
bruh, it’s already like 75-80% melee focused…there really isn’t much more you can do aside from WS2+ to make them even more melee focused

Wouldn't that just be an Assault Centurion? Or do you mean Primaris? Because that's what Blade Guardians are.
