Got Flame Berserkers done, and swung back to repaint the "hair" on my original Flame Berserkers so they match.

AOS:
Soulblight- Vampire Lord on Zombie Dragon, Vampire Lord on Foot, 10 zombies, 10 dire wolves, the Beast, and a Necromancer. I will be buying the new soulblight box of death rattle skeletons.
Ogors- 1 butcher, 1 slaughtermaster, 1 tyrant, and the gnoblars that come with the ogors.

Emperor's Children, 3rd Legion- 50 marines, 6 jet bikes, 10 Tartarus Terminators, a couple of contemptor class, a leviathan, and a shooty dread, a cerebus, a land raider, a spartan, and some characters. I need to buy 10 of the Legion terminators, Luscius, Eidolon, and decals.

Old World:
Bretonians- the new box, a second box of knights, a second box of Pegasus knights, and two damsels. I need to buy some grail knights to complete the army.

Warriors of Chaos- a lord on manticore and 2 chariots. Then I need to rebase 50 warriors, 20 knights, and 32 marauders with flails.

Lizardmen- my oldhammer army, 3 krox, 64 warriors, 24 skink, 16 riders, 6 salamanders, 3 slaan (1 carried on palaquin, 1 FW, 1 finecast), and 20 of the elite warriors with full command.

WH40K:
Custodes- 15 warriors, 6 terminators, and 3 dreadnoughts.

Imperial Guard- 3 regimental advisers.

Painted up a dreadnought for the Emperor's Children and two test models. I'm experimenting as I'm trying to be able to paint my army by June 2025 not June 2027. Oh and I painted up one of the vampire lords on foot. Specifically the one with a snake on the base. So it's the most I've been able to paint in a while.

Not sure if anyone uses it, but pile of potential is a nice and easy way to track your progress. A couple of buddies told me about it and they mainly use it as a progress tool to tell their clients how far along the progress is and then do weekly photos.

sorry for that wall of text, but here's everything I've got to paint this year... that's not even counting my clusterf of a chaos army... Help.

Finished up the first batch of Infinity stuff on my desk and made good progress on the second. Two more to finish up and the pile will be really coming down.

I am going pretty slowly this year...... still working on 30 Dark Age Achers/Slingers, 20 Skirmishers, and 2 Priests.

Of course, I have been slowly batch painting them all at once so........

Some very minor progress for Feb - all of my AoS Lumineth are now base coated. Yay!

Thorakites knocked out. It's the fourth regement of the things I've done so they went pretty fast.

So the last three Cawdors are finished.

Three Inquisitors today. That finished the entire City States collection, everything left at this point is Spire.

2 months of the year down, and I've knocked out 15 models. Pity I've already added 60+ to the pile since the start of the year though

6 /Nurgle Blight drones(? the flys with demons riding them) + 3 bases of Nurglings are base coated.

Caught up on Infinity a few days ago and started work on my Squighogs I didn't really want, but such is the cost of bundle deals.

My Mastadon finally arrived from Steamforged though, so I'll probably end up getting distracted and work on that instead soon.

Finished 3 stands of Marksmen Clones today.

Based on assorted rumors and hearsay I've added some things I fully expect to be added to the pile before the year is out.

I painted all the riders on my ork stuff in the last week. Still need to paint their transportation, but got started on my colossal. Very cool model I'm excited to see painted up.
