Now, I would argue that this has 100 times the character of the Dreadknight, and fits in with the design aesthetic of 40k. The DK walker by comparison makes me think of some kind of bandai Super-hero, or a reject from a fan-fiction transformers universe.

This is really silly of me but these models make me sort of physicality sick.
That and the sculpt looks like a crappy Halloween decoration from dollar tree

I really don't like the way most of the 1 part metal models have the arms attached straight in to the body. Warp Spiders and XV15s are most guilty of this. It looks fine straight on, but looking from below you see that the arm is a giant wedge shape because of how the mold works.

Any current Nurgle Daemon. never understood how "pestilence" translated to "melted wax gak".

I'm sure it came up in the past 10 pages (I can't be arsed to read that many at 1 in the morning) but Canis Wolfborn bugs me. Cartoon wolf, go!

Other than that, the Big Mek with KFF has always kind of annoyed me. I have NO clue where the cords in his right hand are supposed to connect. I've bought both versions of the model (metal and Finecast) and both of them just have the cords just kind of floating in midair because they don't attach to anything.

I can honestly say that the Penitent Engine is my favourite model in all of 40k.

Its design concept fits in beautifully with what the old Witch Hunters were -unlike the Dreadknight- and the Penitent Engine's aesthetic design also fits in perfectly with the overall look of an old, crumbling mechanical society in its dark ages -also unlike the Dreadknight- and the fact that the pilot has no way of surviving also fits in with its fluff -again, unlike the Dreadknight.

What is with all the mech style walker things for Space Marines?

Also I don't remember Honour Guard looking like that, the only blood angel with that look going on was Dante, I'm sure the honour guard was just slightly different looking marines with ketpacks, and they were better for it.

The new Horrors. I don't think there's anything as cartoony as those in the GW range. While the old metal ones were perfect, the new kit doesn't convey what they were named for at all. Perhaps it designed to be more child friendly, like the plastic Daemonnettes.

I hate my Vespids. So much.

They are fast/fleet shock troops (well, probably were meant to be shock troops but instead became paperweights in my paint room) and yet every single one is just stood there like "Urhh...we meant to be flying or doing something?"

Worse pose ever.

I agree, plus most of mine had lost their antenna before I even assembled them.

I actually really like those slave girl models..... So useful for RPGs....

As it is that old nagash model. That undead clown look was terrible.

And the current rough riders. They just look so...... terrible

The current slanneshi deamonettes. Last ediditions where perfect so why??? A plastic multi part kit would have been nice if it had stuck with the origional design.

I still think that this poster of this argument, and perhaps you, dislike the entire concept of the Wyche, and not just the models.

You're probably right. I find the entire idea of wyches to be much too masculine.

I'm agreeing with lynata here on the artwork. Almost everything showing female wyches portrays them exactly how I'd like them to look in plastic. Curvy, seductive, dainty and deadly. The more I think about it, the new wyches just look like common cutthroats. For all their fluff describing them as elegant killers, their poses and faces are much too aggressive. Not at all what I'd expect of cold, calculating warriors.

QTF for wht is supposed to be light fast infantry these gals muscle mass more resembles what i would call regular or even heavy infantry beef.
