Well, I am going to call my Helbrute finished. Here are my final pics:







I didn't do as well as I thought I could, but perhaps that's because I got lazy and cut corners here and there. Still, I call him at least tabletop standard, and certainly better looking (and scarier!) on the TT than a primed piece of plastic like he was when I started! I really need to work on my steady hand mainly (would help for painting as well as photography), but I feel that I am getting better at painting and that is what this contest is all about really (for me, anyway). Looking forward to the voting, there are some extremely cool entries this month!

My Snakebite warboss conversion staled for about a week and a half as I tried to work out how to put him in some sort of saddle. I've given up that idea because I chopped the saddle from a fantasy horse and also tried a mournfang cavalry saddle but whatever I did to them it just didn't look right. So I'm just pushing forward trying to get it finished in time now.

Alright so I finished my death riders and I actually got some decent pictures of them, hopefully they aren't to whitewashed. The death riders are probably the best models produced by forgeworld for the death korp line and maybe all together.

I was gonna make a thread, but then I thought people being people, it would derail into a discussion of other, political aspects and frankly I don't want to deal with it today.

I'm calling this guy finished. Personally I like the purples and the base, but not happy with the colours on the carapace and armour, not the blues I wanted but hey ho

I'm so nearly there... need to pull my finger out and just finish off the remaining parts.

Well, last WIP, because I want to try something and if it sucks I'll have something to show, this is the Battle for the Skull Pass Troll, a normal Troll, with the usual troll skills, being dumb, smelling bad and hitting things with a rock.

Well, I did the eyes.
Just waiting on that white water to dry, finish the toothypegs, couple more touch-ups, and hopefully done tomorrow.
Also gak, I got the water in places I didn't mean to.



This might end up being my final entry if tomorrow is as crap as I think it'll be.

Hi all - there's some great stuff here!

Here is my finished entry, 'Drax the Servitor', named after the poor heroclix model I had to sacrifice for the cause.



For anyone who is interested, the tracks are made from cardboard, and the arms are made of sprue.

I am glad I have until midnight to finish, so close to finishing but still so much to do!
