This is just a fun little thread for our amusement.
Nicknames-I tend to get a lot of 'em. So, I thought that someone ought to make a thread about them, just...well, just because really . Soooo, yeah, just post up any nicknames you have and maybe an explanation as to how you got it.

Fetid prince: Fairly obvious, I'm adding some Death Guard to my CSM's.
The Ace of Diamonds: This is the only one I can't tell you. Why? I can't say.
Raven: Ravens are often linked to morbidity. And I am a very morbid indivual.
Blood Gorgon: Heh, I don't know. I like it though.

StormWarriors:Got it from playing battle net.
Storm: meaning that its fast and furious and hits everything.

Warriors: That noone likes fighting them. And also look coolw while fighting.
StarKiller:Was A star scout when I got this. Killer when i played a 40k game and destroied an entire army of necrons using a plasma gun army. Hence the Star. And none of them got back up ever since they were too far away from their allies.

Never really needed one. Seems I am unique enough to be self defining

My name is Jos (pronounced Yohs) one of my friends always calls me Joslim cause i have a beard.

Hehehe I have many names, and all are completely barmy.

Ghost/Ghosty: Simply cos i normally kill my hair with peroxide, and have naturally snow white skin.

Taz: Well, this ones simply cos when i was on hols last year i made a friend who thought my crazy impulsive nature warrented a nickname...

Those are the main ones, i have a couple of other obscure ones such as TT, nightingale and borbon.

See, i dont have any grimdark names.

Well game related I got Stevaido for my Starwars Galaxies character, I accidentally randomly generated the name and has stuck in many MMo's.

Real life, Niklaus, a German variant of my name according to my mates, got it because I have an interest in the German military of WW1 and WW2.

Oh yes the Cat was another, simply because playing ping pong with my cousins in France, my reaction times were getting worse.

We nicknamed one of the new interns "Balls." Balls work a casual shirt, untucked on casual Friday.

Balls: "Well Frazzled wore a Hawaiian shirt. "
Associate I: "Frazzled has been here more than 11 years and is a Director. He can wear whatever the hell he wants to."
Associate II: "You've got have serious balls to pull that one your first week."
Associate I: "Thats it."
Associate II: "Yep thats the name."
Associate I: "As punishment
Frazzled shouting from his office "KOLACHES!"
Associate I: "As punishment, you have to bring koclaches everyone Monday for the office"
Associate II: "Or you will have to wear a suit, with a bow tie."

Mikey is a common one. I'll give you three tries to figure out my real name.

Back when I played was playing airsoft all the time, my forum handle was "Mustang." People that met me at games would call me that, since it was also a pretty good callsign.

When I was in the Army, I always wore my hair at the maximum length I could get away with, and wore some rather nice glasses in garrison. People thought that I looked more like a "professional" than an enlisted man, and the name stuck. Dunno.

All of my nicknames are vulgar forms of jerk. Technically I go by a nickname since my full name is Zachary and I go by Zac but thats pretty common.

No one calls me that to my face of course-but they must all think I'm either deaf, stupid, or both.

One of the main reasns I have Raven is because It's my favourite poem. It was a nice gesture, I suppose.

Corm, Cormz, Worm, and Mac are the four nicknames i have. My nicknames all kinda come from my name which is Cormac.

Hahaha, I was going to say the same thing.

From about 2 years ago, I suddenly got the nickname "J-Bear", the reasons for which are still unknown.

Church: Many reasons depending on the person. Some, cause I actively avoid church. Others, cause he's my favorite RvB character.
Rampage/Liddell: Cause I like to spar alot, and usually win, Rampage meaning Rampage jackson, Liddell meaining Chuck Liddell.
Featherboy: My weight class in boxing would be featherweight.
Sexual Vanilla: My buddies and i started calling one of our firends Sexual Caramel, and one day he called me Sexual Vanila, so it stuck.

That 14 year old kid, is another because of a friend I have at my FLGS didn't know my name and was rather shocked at my age.
