Playable factions:
- Imperium

- Focus both on Melee and Long range Combat

- Factions fight over a destroyed imperial forge world called Tarelis and its hive-city Cerberus X (newly added to the lore!)
- The story of the game will NOT take place in a parallel universe! Just like the Planet Kronus (made by our colleagues at relic) Tarelis will be part of the lore!
- Tyranids will be main-antagonists
- Unfortunately Vigil-games was not allowed to use Relics Gorgutz ‘Ead ‘Unter as Ork Warlord as he will make a final appearance in the second DoW2 expansion

Ok that sucks. Know i need to decide between 40k mmo or star wars damnit.
But if i get cool mounts like a kopta then i may be leaning to that.

Gameplay looks alot like Tabula Rasa to me, in which you still had skills and stuff, but aimed with a crosshair on your screen with guns + melee attacks as well.

Although TR didn't have anything awesome like attack bikes, dreadnoughts, and TITANS striding the battlefield.

Very impressed with everything i saw, especially those titans! One thing that seemed missing though... Terminators.

Okay, Universe, I take back every bad thing I've ever said about MMO's, so that I won't jinx this. When does it come out? Where can I get a copy? Who can take over for me all the unnecessary crap that I used to call my life? (I'm sooooooo screwed...)

Edit: And to be honest, everyone is going to have an alternate Space Marine character. The sheer badass feeling you'll have will be too cool to pass up. Yes, I'll be pissed at how there will be more Space Marines than Guardsmen (probably a good assumption too) but that's the truth I can see with the information we are taking in and hypothesizing into a theory of what it very well could be like.

It looks good, it isn't just Meyhreenz vs Bad Meyhreenz. Now we just need word on strong gameplay and an element that will deter everyone from playing a screaming baldie and I'm 100% sold on preordering this

WoW has AWESOME graphics. They have the best graphics while maintaining a wide range of available computers able to play their game.

If they look like WoW graphics, its a good thing. And if you don't like it, don't buy the game so I don't have to hear your whining.

That was true about 5 years ago.

Yea sorry, WoW's graphics are... well.. If you -care- about graphics, they leave something to be desired.

True, some areas of DM are around WoW-quality. But I would say character models are -vastly- superior.

Regardless, I'm just happy that we've actually lived long enough to see it
