Gathering the Informations.

Mebbe you'll be able to take trophies from whatever you kill?

I could see an Ork supplementing his armor with bits o' gribbly 'Nids he's killed. Guard and Marines would do something similar, but not in a practical kind of way--just as proof of their deeds.

I agree that killing a nid, and getting some Ork choppa would be pretty weird, as well as saving all my pennies so I can go and buy some new pretty thing in game. So Ill just wait for more info to stream out to see what happens. Im sure they will be doing this fairly regularly because the game is suppose to drop in 2 years

I have a feeling it's going to be sort of like ME2 in that You'll find weapons and upgrade parts mostly lying around. And you can take them and bring them back to your faction's base(s) for a reward and the ability to use those parts.

I'm also betting that each faction will have control over a city or town, and merchants in that town may get ahold of superior parts that anyone can buy and add to the pool, but they might require a higher rank to use.

It would still be a solid way of doing things, but now you're not finding an Assault Cannon or a Heavy Bolter hidden in a Ripper's body cavities.

So what does 'imperium' cover?
