Buzzard's Knob

Just saw it. Basically it's a 90 minute version of the trailer.

Spoiler:
Oh, and there's a dog.

Not that the dog actually does anything.

Just thought I'd mention it, just in case there are any dogophobes out there.

Damn, this is a big, empty spoiler window.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.

Yes indeed. It is rarely given out as even bad movies often have some moment or thing that keeps them at a D, so a movie has to fail spectacularly to get an F.

Its being universally panned. Some critics are calling it the wo0rst movie of the year, some the worst of the decade.

Yeah, if they just adapted the comics.. 2 gun Mojo would have been an awesome film !

http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Jonah_Hex:_Two-Gun_Mojo_Vol_1_1

of course it would be crazy to simply adapt an existing storyline, there's no way comic book fans would...

still.. http://www.ugo.com/the-goods/jonah-hex-motion-comic

all I wanted to see was things like

but instead I get horse mounted gatlings... bah

That's the problem with most films now, lots of pretty stuff to look at...but not a whole hell of alot when it comes to the story and the acting.

Toy Story 3.

Also, Johan Hex was not that great. It is one of those movies where you leave the theaters after watching it with a friend and you cant even talk about the movie. You just immediately start talking about something else like it never even happened.

There were rumours in post-production that Jonah Hex might have been shelved, and the stars were giving the kind of interviews that suggested it was a bad, bad movie (Josh Brolin was talking about how it's important to take risks and this was a challenging, different kind of movie - that kind of thing). When the reviews they pretty much confirmed what everyone had been suspecting.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

Toy Story 3 was very, very good. Highly recommend it; saw it Friday with the munchkins, my mother, and 20-year old niece - we all liked it.

I'm amazed that no one has mentioned the movie has Megan Fox in it. Wow, you know that no one wants to see it considering how many guys on here droll over her (which, I don't get - she's attractive, but not that attractive).

Jonah Hex barely beat out Iron Man 2, which has been out like all year.

I'll wait to see the Yahoo user reviews of Predators. I have low expectations. A-Team is the film that I want to go see.

Christ on a bike, could they have made this movie any cornier?

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.
