I can not choose what to save up for - Space Hulk (they still have 4 copies at my local GWS), or a warriors of chaos army.
I'd love for some opinions over which is better to get.
Btw, I play space marines.

Oops.
Can this be moved to the appropriate forum?
I messed up.

Personallly, I would get into WHFB. Space hulk isn't all that great, a few games would be fun, though just get a friend to put the money into it, and play it with him.

Then again, if you have no friends that play WHFB, why buy the warriors of chaos?

A lot of people at my local GWS play warriors of chaos, but 20 (iirc) termies for 110 dollars is pretty damn tempting.

Space Hulk is limited edition, and if they're still selling it for something close to retail price ($110 for you Canadians?) then I urge you to pick it up. It goes for about $150 USD on eBay, and getting it as cheap as you are is awesome. Warhammer 8th will be there in a year. Space Hulk probably won't.

Yeah.
There are four of them still in boxes.
I have like 50 bucks right now, and I get 10 dollars a week.
Can't decide.
I'll probably go with Space hulk, and then start on a warriors of chaos army.

Well, I'd start a Warriors of Chaos army.
Space Hulk is fun for a few games then it eventually gets boring.

Space Hulk is a brilliant game that no gaming household should be without.

It's not quite as awesome as 40K, but it gives you a quick-fix of in-depth tactical gaming in not much more than an hour, even including setup time.

The current (3rd) edition is the most gorgeous in terms of components and is almost worth getting for the minis alone if you play either any SM chapter (though anything other than BA will require a fair bit of modification to the termies -- DA aren't too bad) or Tyranids. The game balance is poor though (to inexperienced players it seems like the Genestealers have a significant advantage, but once both players have a fair bit of experience, it's almost impossible for the Space Marines to lose, unfortunately). That can be solved, if you get into the game, by reverting to some or all of the 1st edition rules (there are a few good fixes for it on boardgamegeek.com).

Space Hulk
Game in a box -- once you’ve got it you don’t need to spend any more money.
The rules are simple meaning you can learn it and explain it quickly even to people who are not familiar with tabletop wargames.
The theme is basically “Aliens” so the game concept is accessible to people who don’t know anything about 40K.
It's a good solid tactical game with a few flaws (see the post above mine).
If you take care of it, it will be easy to sell on eBay in 4-5 years time, possibly for the same as you paid for it.

Downside
Limited play value due to the simple rules and set scenarios.

WHFB 8
An extensive ruleset which allows you to play a great variety of fantasy battles.
The theme is basically Lord Of The Rings so the game concept is accessible to people who don’t know anything about WHFB.

Downsides
It’s not out yet.
Just the rulebook is no good by itself. You also need an army codex, a load of models, terrain and so on, all of which is extra expense.
Because it is very complicated you need a long time to learn it and it is difficult to explain to people who are not familiar with tabletop wargames.
It will be superseded by a new edition in 4-5 years and will become worthless.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

I would say that Space Hulk gave me more bang for the buck, plus as one poster previously mentioned, if you take care of it, you can almost assuredly rid yourself of it later on eBay for at least what you paid for it.

if you can manage, purchase all 4 copies of Space Hulk from your LGS then sell 3 of them on Ebay for between $125 and $150. You should make your money back and be able to save for your Fantasy Army of your choice.
